Sep 22, 2020 · Rose HortonWe have been going here for years with 3 pets. I have since lost 2 this past year. Every Dr. and Tech I have interacted with has been wonderful. This particular apt was just to drop off my last baby for teeth cleaning. Everything went well from drop off to pick up. They are very busy so you will have to wait. That can be annoying, so pack your patience.
May 05, 2024 · Melissa MoserI've been taking my dogs to this vet service for apx 10yrs now. I love all the vets and staff there. They give my dogs the best care ever!. They really care about your pets and will do what ever is necessary to keep your pet happy and healthy. I find their prices to be very reasonable. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful I would recommend Tropicana animal services to everyone.
Jul 10, 2021 · Sharon OssumIf you actually care about your pets, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I can’t believe how rude the front desk is (except for Natalie, who was the only person with actual customer service, thank you Natalie!) and how bad everyone is with communication!!!I brought my dog in for vomiting and diarrhea, Dr.Ledezma said she’d like to start with x-rays and a parvo test. They took my dog back and said they were going to do x-rays, when a different girl brought my dog back she said “so we’re running that bloodwork now, should take 10-15 minutes” I NEVER CONSENTED TO BLOODWORK!!! When I asked why this was done she said “well doctor recommends it and your insurance covers it, if you want, we can hold off on running it” WHY WOULD I HOLD OFF WHEN YOU ALREADY PULLED THE BLOOD FROM MY DOG?!?!?!?!!!!!!! I agreed to let my dog stay for the day for fluids and doctor said she would be in when I picked up. Spoiler alert, she was not!The girl who brought my dog out knew nothing about my dog, told me to feed her chicken and rice even though she’s allergic and didn’t even know the gender of my dog! Then assured me that everything was submitted to my insurance. Another spoiler alert, nothing was submitted! So after all that, i over paid them because they said my insurance was being weird (which is untrue). I called to speak with the manager and explained all of this to her and asked her to submit my invoice to my insurance and I would need a refund once we heard back. That was Monday, 1/23. It is now Friday. The manager is ducking my calls and the reception staff is being extremely rude every time I call. This place is a JOKE! They have taken over $200 extra from me (and got paid by our insurance) and now not calling me back! I am so shocked with the incompetence that is shown here. Truly embarrassing.
Jan 28, 2023 · Rachel NajeraDr. Ledezma was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have zero criticism. I do however think a follow up or care call protocol could be a nice addition to the post surgery program 🙂
