- Here is a review by someone who lives paycheck by paycheck. I used this place for several years and the prices have skyrocketed. Yes, the staff and service is great for a very high price. My last visit to them ever - I took my dog in for dental work. She came home and started going down hill with her health fast. I ended up having to take her back and was assured that she was fine until we were walking out and puss started leaking from her parts. That's when they took my concerns serious finally. She was sent home with an infected uterus. She had to go into emergency surgery to save her life and I was charged full price for the whole thing even though they were at fault for missing that she was sick while in their care. - Everyone from techs to vet showed empathy and gave great care to my senior cat who was having urinary issues. They took time to explain what was happening and what the plan of care was. I am very happy with the level of care they provided. January 15 · Julie M
- We discovered University Vets after longtime veterinarian Bob Shipman died. We have NOT been disappointed. Such loving kindness to us and to our 33 YO snake Lucy, and now to Za, our beautiful rescue poodle. ❤️ August 21 · Deb Southerland
