★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Cook and his staff once again did an outstanding job on our 9 year old German Shepperd Dog's second CCL repair, two years after the first one they did on the opposite leg. My wife and I did not hesitate going back to Dr. Cook after an amazing recovery from her first surgery. Our GSD is 110 pounds and she was walking and putting pressure on her surgery leg the next day. It's been about 4 weeks now and besides her hair not fully grown back on her leg you would never know she had surgery. She is so happy to have full function of her leg once again. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and his staff and the Tightrope procedure vs TPLO. We did much research on both types and happy we settled with the Tightrope.
June 17 · Max WilsonNot happy with my experience at Valley. I had never been there before. The reviews seemed good. After spending over $600.00 for X-rays and Rimadyl for my dog’s right leg (due to limping) Dr. Cook didn’t see anything. Said he was sending them to a radiologist.Dr. Cook called and left me a message and said if I had questionsto call him. I have called his office 3 times for him to call me and never got a call back from him.I called and asked the receptionist for a copy of the X-rays.She did email them to me and the X-rays didn’t show my dog’s right foot on them. IT IS part of his right leg and should have been included when taking the X-ray. I feel ripped off and Dr. Cook doesn’t really care.
June 02 · Jules FSuper knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr. Cooke took great care of our lab and he's doing amazing after his tightrope CCL procedure. So glad we took our boy to VVS
June 28 · Joshua ThompsonSwitched to Valley Vet of St Charles solely because I have a 200 pound mastiff that had a seriously complicated ACL tear. My mom's friend from work recommended Dr. Cook because she had large dogs that had this history as well. I checked into a few other places and NO ONE could give me any potentially positive outlook, other than Dr. Cook!! He couldn't promise that Gatsby would be perfect after surgery but you could tell he was confident in his ability to make sure Gatsby was as close to perfect as possible. AND HE IS! Dr. Cook and his team did such an amazing job and Gatsby loves them. They know us both by name now and make any and all accommodations we need. We still continue to go here after we moved and it will ALWAYS be worth it! I would recommend to everyone
April 23 · Maggie StelzerDr. Cook was amazing! He and the staff took excellent care of my girl. Her surgery went well, we followed his instructions on care after surgery and as promised.. she is doing amazing. Thank you Dr. Cook!
