Valley View Veterinary Clinic Reviews
I have attempted to give a courtesy call a few times now, but have repeatedly been left on hold. We’ve taken our dog Callie here since she was a puppy- she’s now 4. And chose to take our dog Kamari here as well once we added him to our family. Have always had a great experience until recently. Things have been tougher financially for many… today my husband asked to outsource our flea and tick medication… for the first time…. So that we could save over $100 for both of our dogs to be covered. Valley view refused to give us a prescription and would only allow us to purchase through them.We have given this vet office thousands of dollars of business. When you value money over what is best for the animal and its family… that’s when you will lose clients and it will end up costing your office way more than a couple flea/ tick medication sales. We will take our dogs elsewhere. Thank you.
Mar 07, 2025 · Kaylyn GoodallWe moved here 2-1/2 years ago. I'm used to top notch vets & I liked Dr Fine; however, I'm not used to being ripped off, or one constantly trying to sell me stuff I don't need. One bill was $600 but we were charged $30 extra for using a debit card. If we were informed in advance we could have easily brought cash. They eventually put up a notice of the added charge. I was advised that even though a rabies vile says "3 years," this vet says my dogs need it every 2 years. I have many rescue pets & I refuse to pay for his 2 daughters' college bills.
Jun 08, 2025 · AnnI can not express my gratitude enough to this place, the vets, the vet techs, all of them. My baby Luna is a picky eater, with terrible allergies just ruining her life. I can't believe how cheap it was to get her seen for a check-up, medicine for allergies, flea and tick chews, AND her nails trimmed. I left our appointment feeling like I'm about to have a brand new dog. Thank you so much to everyone who helped assist us today, and everyone who's in there running around helping pets. I was watching the other animals while we were waiting and the care being provided is beyond top notch. Thank you so super much for everything you've done for us today! Luna thanks you as well!!!
Dec 13, 2024 · Angelica OrtizI sadly had to put my cat I’ve had for 16 years down due to her being sick. This office was so kind throughout the entire process. The doctor was exceptional and explained the process. The entire staff was so kind. I will return with my animals and hope anyone reading this will take their animals here for the best care!
Apr 05, 2025 · Alyssa WivellI would give 0 stars if possible. Had brought both our pups here multiple times and charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Was given prices more than double other veterinarians after deciding to get 2nd and 3rd opinions. 3 separate visits to diagnose a condition that multiple other vets diagnosed in minutes. Given option for $1200+ surgery while the most expensive other vet estimate was $600 for the SAME surgery!!!! Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this rip off clinic. Even when asked how much more it would cost to diagnose pet, was just asked if we wanted to just cancel our appointment. I wish we could get he $2000+ we spent here back but you live and you learn I suppose.
