★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My dog Ayla and I came to Vancouver recently and were in need of finding a new vet. We saw Dr. K and he was incredibly compassionate, got down on the floor with Ayla and for me that was the best part. He discussed various options for her care and together we came up with an effective care plan that addressed her needs. Such a relief to find good care for my beloved girl!
August 07 · Candace EdwardsI want to share my experience.I pulled up to this beautiful facility. In the parking lot there was bunnies, just running around wild, way cool, it was like," Snow White's cottage". But I was at the Vets Office. In my imagination this is exactly, what you should pull up to, when you go to the veterinarian office. It was almost romantic, like out of the movies. There was even a cat that greeted me, when I got out of my car to, say hello. There is a beautiful lady, who works at the front desk, she is known for her French bulldogs. She is the best lady ever to be greeted by, she is amazing, I believe her name is Ella Ellen please forgive me, I don't know how to spell her name. All I know is, I have French bulldogs and I've been raising them for 9 years, she also raises French bulldogs and she's so smart and know so much about them. It was really impressive to see her working at the front desk because she's very intelligent, she knows all about animals. I didn't sit and wait for very long for my doctor, he was amazing. That's why I'm here posting this, I don't post anything on Google really but I wanted to take time for everybody to stop and to listen to me talk about my vet,...... this is my experience with THE BEST VET.Dr Kurt Dawid. Has to be the best veterinarian, I have ever met on this Earth 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 He is the sugar glider whisperer.I will follow this guy anywhere he goes, do the ends of the Earth if I had to.I own 5 sugar gliders and I'm so happy to know that he is around, to educate me and help me, keep my fur babies alive and healthy. He is such a blessing.Thank you kindly.Heather Angel Hannah.Tinkerbell, Willow, Ursula, Goliath, Demona the 5 sugars thank you kindly too.
July 21 · Heather HannahTerrible. Just moved to Vancouver. Have a sick kitty. Called to see if I could get appointment. Receptionist, vet tec, whoever answered the telephone needs a different job. The only thing she was interested in was their “protocol” as repeated several times. Talked down and derogatory. Very rude young lady. Didn't act like she cared about my pet just wanted me to understand that if they made an urgent appointment which was $137 and wanted me to totally understand if I didn't do exactly as directed they would charge me half of the cost anyway. Awful experience. I wouldn't take any pet there. If she treated the “payer” that way imagine how they treat your pet. No thank you. Close your doors you’re a failure.
August 11 · Jane CunninghamWe always enjoy going to Vancouver Veterinary Hospital. They are very honest about the cost of treatments and give you options that work. They were very sweet and gentle to my dog. She enjoys her visits.
June 30 · Betsy BattenEverybody was friendly and they didn't act afraid of my dog I have a Rottweiler and they all greeted her when I used her and she wasn't apprehensive about anybody it was a really good experience for her so that's all I asked for is that my dog has a good time
