We were on vacation in Benson and our elderly pug developed a severe breathing problem. It was a Saturday so they were the only vet. They did X-rays and identified fluid in the lungs. It was very serious. They prescribed a variety of meds that kept our boy as comfortable as possible. They even gave us extras to make sure we made it back without running out. We are thankful we were able to get Frank the Pug back home so his family could all say goodbye. He crossed the rainbow bridge and is with the Lord now. He passed peacefully in our home surrounded by those who loved him. Without the help of the caring staff at Vet care for Pets, we may have missed that opportunity. I only wish we could find a vet that good in Ormond Beach, FL. - Dillon Kalkhurst
