It is important for potential clients to understand that Vetco Vaccination Clinics, while excellent for preventative care, generally operate with a specific model. As some broader information about Vetco Clinics suggests (and as implied by the services offered), they are primarily designed for vaccinations, microchipping, and parasite prevention, rather than comprehensive diagnostic work-ups for acute or chronic illnesses. While they have licensed veterinarians on staff, their model is typically geared towards well-pet preventative services. For pets with complex medical conditions, emergencies, or those requiring in-depth diagnostics or extensive treatment plans, a traditional full-service veterinary hospital or an emergency/specialty clinic would be the more appropriate choice. This distinction is crucial for pet owners to ensure they are seeking the right type of care for their pet's specific needs.
For specific clinic hours and to confirm service availability, it's always best to check their website or call ahead.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
The vet and staff at Petco were professional, efficient, pleasant and good with my feline, Maxwell Gato. I am so grateful to have an affordable option for the 3-year Rabies vaccine. Thank you!
Jul 03, 2025 · Miriam OtisNeeded a last minute appointment as my dog was overdue for a vaccine. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the fit me in right away and I got exactly what was needed. It was very efficient and reasonably priced! Many thanks :)
Aug 15, 2023 · Monica MYes, it's cheaper. But, I wish they would realize that some of us love our pets and are doing the best we can. We don't need you trying to upsell us and shame us. If I could afford $2k for dental work for my dog I wouldn't be cutting corners by coming to your quasi-vet clinic shoved into the middle of a crowded store. I hate going to Vetco but will keep going because most vets are way beyond my budget and I love my dog. Psych yourself up and get ready for the judgemental looks and comments if you can't afford the upsell.
Mar 19, 2023 · Scott LinscottOne of the vaccines went mostly on the tech's shirt, which they shrugged off and additionally they made medical notes on a record about my dog's appearance that they made no mention of to me. I brought my dog here for vaccine updates because our usual vet was booked, but would not go here again.
