★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My husband brought our 3 year old French bulldog in thinking we would have to euthanize her due to a back injury. He hind legs were basically paralyzed and we were told by a vet at VEG in Snellville that she needed a $6-$8k back surgery at UGA and there is no guarantee that it would be successful. Dr. Weir was so kind and such a blessing for our family. She gave our sweet girl a chance. She put her on a steroid to reduce the swelling on the spine from the injury. She said we had about a 30% chance the meds would work. They did work! She has begun walking again and is close to 100% normal. Our family is so thankful for Dr. Weir’s patience, kindness, and willingness to give her a chance. I had called five other veterinary offices the same morning that we saw Dr. Weir. Each time I was told that she would need back surgery, take her to UGA. We had lost hope as we did not have $6-$8k for the surgery. I will most definitely recommend this clinic, specifically Dr. Weir, every chance I get!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
July 31 · Melissa DaltroI took in a young kitten and was assured I could call with additional questions. I was told it wouldn’t be beneficial for the kitten not to be dragged back into the office. Only that was a lie. No one in the office would help me with follow up questions. This is also an incredibly difficult office to get an urgent appointment with. If all you ever need is shots, then this is the office for you.
May 21 · JhopeA few weeks ago I called the office here around 7:30 in the morning in a crisis. A kitten I had rescued from the side of the road the day before was in really bad shape. Even though I wasn’t an existing client they got me right in that same morning at 8:15. Unfortunately the kitten didn’t make it and had passed by the time I got her to the office but I truly appreciate all the staff here so much for the kindness and compassion they showed me that morning!!! They even waved the exam fee which they didn’t have to do. ❤️
July 02 · Emma-Kate LillThey might have 2 cats that they are trying to get adopted out, but they don't advertise it, or they didn't when I was there. The doctors are hit or miss on if they will be nice about seeing your pet. They have rooms for you to go in while they are seeing your pet, but take your pet away from you anyway, so there's really no point in going in one. I've seen one doctor get upset due to someone taking too long to mourn the loss of their pet. I heard them say they were going to get stuck in traffic and that they had plans they were going to be late for due to them "taking too long." The front counter staff are also hit or miss. Just go to another clinic, in my opinion.
August 27 · Christina DodsonMy Dog Yaya went there 2 weeks ago with a scab under her chin. Was rod it was okay no blood work or samples were taken. I called back today because the sore is getting bigger and there are trying to recharge me for another office visit. All you are about is money and not the welfare of Animals. It was not the fact that you offered me another appointment. The fact that you are charging me again for an office visit.Pictures of yaya’s sore will be uploaded soon. Also I never asked to too send in a prescription for my dog without you seeing what is causing the problem.Do not take you animal to this hospital I wish that I would have read the reviews before going. Do you research first
