Kona Reef Az - Chandler Reviews
I have a couple tanks 60 Gallon Cube Discus/Blue Dream Shrimp, 40 Gallon Cube Reef, and a book shelve planted tank. Every time I come in your store I always have an amazing time. Either I am with my family or stop by after work your team is always super friendly and able to answer my many orations 😅. Wanted to give a special shout out to Conner and Damien since I usually seek one of them out. These guys are so knowledgeable and helpful that I have not bought anything from Ocean Floors in over a year 😬. Keep up the great work!!!
Jul 02, 2025 · Tony TruongIt was near closing, so no one there but me! I loved it. I was able to walk around and reminisce about having a beautiful salt water tank to enjoy for hours if sitting and beautiful colors! It's definitely a hobby that's worth the investment!

Jun 11, 2025 · Daniel RuppertSad to have to post this. This has been my favorite go to lfs for a year now. Got a lot of good fish here. Been stocking up my community right now. I recently got a few fish there and had 3 of the fish die within 24 hours and the rest came down with a horrible case of ick. Which happens so not a huge deal. None of my other fish had it luckily and was able to treat and save the rest. Yesterday bought 11 of one type of fish and 5 of another. Before I got home , a short 10 min drive a few had died. Then during acclimating them a few more died. So in totally I lost 8 out of 16 before even putting in my tank or tank water. I quarantined them and lost another last night and this morning 4 more were gone. So I have 3 fish left alive for now. I called yesterday to let them know that these fish were obviously sick so they could quarantine the tanks and not have anyone else go through this. They felt bad and apologized and thanked me for letting them know. Told me they had just arrived day before and was probably a bad batch. And since they don't do guarantees or refunds I am out a bit of money. But honestly it has just been sad to watch these fish die so quickly all at once. I am an experienced fish keeper currently have multiple healthy and happy and well stocked tanks, so it's not like I don't know what to do and how to do it. But as I said they died on the way home and in bags. Sadly I won't be buying anything here again. UPDATE: since writing this review the last three surviving fish have passed. So at this point that means all 16 fish in less than 24 hours. 😕
Jun 26, 2025 · k RThis is one of the coolest places to go to get set up with some cool fish and plants for your aquarium. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we have spoken with has been very helpful. The last time we went in, we had a lot of questions about getting a tank set up for cherry shrimp and nano fish. We were at up with testing kits and a lot of new information to make sure our future critters have the best setup we can give them. The place is also kept very clean. The fish all seem healthy. It's cool to walk through even if you're not planning on buying anything that day. They have half the shop dedicated to fresh water fish, and the other half has salt water fish.
