I brought my cat Cheese in today for a vetco visit. Checking in was smooth and the check in staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the recommended vaccines for my cat. Whoever gave my cat his shots today was AMAZING. I did not catch her name but she was so kind and gentle with my usually skittish cat. I could tell he was so comfortable being under her care. He usually would try to scratch/bite strangers but he burrowed right into her arms and let her do her thing! You could tell she loves her job and takes such pride in her work. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back in the future!😊

While waiting in line, my dog was attacked by another dog who was off leash in the store. Not a single Petco employee came to help with the situation or check to see if my dog was okay. I don't understand how they would allow a dog to be off leash in their store and couldn't have the audacity to check what was happening when they hear screaming and growling in one of their aisles. I won't be back to this location for sure.

My kid dragged me to the fish section and encounter what I consider substandard selling of fishes, each in an individual tiny plastic container cup, with nothing in it, most looked bored to death, or about to die from isolation. I will file a report to animal law enforcement, this is the saddest thing. I don’t think exotic animals should be sold at substandard conditions at pet stores, and I believe this practice needs to be banned.
