★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is my experience on the evening of 7/16/2025. I called and receptionist told me to come in and they could see my sick kitten. I was scared and conflicted because of reviews. This was literally my 10th vet and the only one accepting patients at 745 pm. Thank God I came in! Got checked in. The staff was super friendly and nice. Greeted with a smile. I felt at ease. I really was skeptical. But after meeting Dr. Trujillo and the other staff members (sorry I forgot your names) I knew my baby was in excellent hands. Gentle and caring staff for sure! Reasonable prices. It won’t be an arm and a leg. Just remember that vet care is specialty care, and you as a pet parent need to take responsibility for caring for your babies when they are sick. Just like children! With that being said I am sooo happy with the service. I was in and out in like 30 minutes! Wow! Thank you sooo much! My little Siamese kitten, Ellie, is home now and has perked up after her treatment already. Amazing! Thank you all!
July 16 · Corina MartinezBeen a patient for 5+ years until today.I took my dog in for a limp in his hind leg and they asked me to return with my dog the next day for sedated x rays. I was in agreement with their recommendation. They quoted me $2.3k for the overall care. I asked two vet techs to explain each cost and they did. I did not hesitate and I paid. Please note I paid in full a day before the care started.I left and decided to call a few emergency animal hospitals to get additional quotes. I did not understand why an x-ray costed $1,250…All four animal hospitals I called quoted $600-700 for the x-rays - this includes multiple angles and sending the x-rays to a radiology expert for additional review.I decided to come back and ask for a refund. They understood and gave me a refund. No complaints about this. They did not give me a copy of my old invoice because they did not want me to commit pet insurance fraud - filing a claim for care I did not receive. Valid. I understood. Thanked everyone and left.I then called a trusted vet and asked for advice on the situation. They told me the vet was either supposed to charge 50% upfront/50% after care or 100% after care. They also mentioned that the cost of the X-rays were expensive.Don’t go to this place. They will overcharge you.
May 22 · Sharon NguyenScheduled me for 4th of July weekend, called me that Friday saying they were closed and set an appointment for my dog on the 12th. Now it's the 12th and they have no records of both appointments, which is totally a lie and they know it is. Don't come here unless your willing to break the bank and or wait 3 weeks for a regular spa visit.
July 12 · AngelBEWARE! taking advantage of senior citizens, and be careful when they are treating your pets taking them to the back. My senior neighbors doggie went in for a usual injection for allergies and they took her in the back and came out with bleeding ears. They felt she needed ear cleaning and charged her 300+ dollars. She tried calling back to let them know and they just cut her off the phone. I spoke up on her behalf after she explained what happened to her doggie and there’s a very rude “ manager” named Robert who has no clue on customer service or how to treat clients. Rude and disrespectful. And he calls himself a manager. I am a huge animal lover and so please be careful with this clinic!!!
