Angell Animal Medical Center Reviews
My dog had a surgery here on Monday. Dr.Daniels and his team is so helpful. He is such an amazing doctor and such a good human being. He called me 3 times a day to inform me about my dog’s health and condition, and that made me so relieved that he was in good hands. Being a pet parent, its so rare that a doctor understands how difficult it is for us when our baby is in the hospital. And how great it is when someone shows so much compassion and empathy and kindness. The neurology department also helped me financially as I was unable to afford his treatment. The insurance coordinator Harrison is also a very helpful person, and so is Mark- overall I think people here are very compassionate and helpful and kind, and took care of my baby like their own. I am so glad I got his surgery done here, and I wish I would have found out about this place earlier. I also want to thank Annika for sending me regular messages and pictures about his condition , that really helped with my anxiety.
Apr 17, 2025 · Ananya ChakrabortyThe whole process was wonderful, and the team made me feel so much less anxious about the surgery and recovery. From the communication prior to the surgery, the thorough consultation we had with Dr Trout and the post op texts, photos and calls I received from Jeane and Todd, the whole experience was really amazing. A huge thank you to the whole team for being so caring, professional and thorough. Chloe didn't want to leave the hospital when I picked her up. 10/10 What I appreciated most about Angell is the texts and pictures I received from Jeane and Todd as well as the phone calls from Dr Trout. I have had ankle surgery in the past and the ortho team I had was no where near as amazing as Chloe's team.
Apr 03, 2025 · Poodle DragonAfter an extremely bad experience with a different emergency vet earlier in the day, someone recommended Angell to my daughter. My 4 year old cat had a urinary blockage. The vets here were informative and friendly, willing to listen, and cognizant of the fact that people might not have enough for a used car sitting in the bank in the case of an emergency. I feel like the animals take precedent over profit and that wins them big points with me. Cootie Pouf thanks you guys.
Jun 30, 2025 · Amy Phelps BedellWe have been to Angell twice now to see Dr. Loft in dermatology. The staff and Dr. Loft have been excellent and helpful in answering all questions and listening to our concerns regarding our dogs allergies. Auggie, our soft coated wheaten terrier, enjoys going there and loves all the special attention he gets. Everyone is very kind and considerate and the visit from start to finish is always quick and efficient. We feel very comfortable knowing that our pet is in great hands. What I appreciated most about Angell is the care and compassion everyone has for animals.
May 27, 2025 · April DalyThey performed surgery to repair my dog's jaw.I had a situation where my dog was hit by a car. At the time, I didn't have enough funds to cover all the expenses. I had foot surgery, which has kept me out of work for a few months. I applied for financing. They helped me cover part of the expenses. You have no idea how important this help was to me. The people from the dentistry department—Dr. Han, Willow, and several others—called me to give me updates on how everything was going and what steps they were going to take. Those people were true angels, and I'm so grateful they saved Oliver's life. God bless you all. What I appreciated most about Angell how sweet and compassionate you are.
