- Spay/Neuter Services: Also referred to as "fixing," these procedures are crucial for population control and often offer significant long-term health benefits for the animal. Reports from customers suggest these services are offered at an affordable price point.
- Dental Work: This service may include routine cleanings as well as necessary surgical procedures to address dental disease, which is vital for an animal's overall systemic health.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I was referred to Anheuser Animal Clinic by a friend who spoke very highly of it, assuring me I wouldn’t be disappointed. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite — I’ve never been so disappointed by a veterinary visit.Upon entering, I was immediately overwhelmed by the strong, unpleasant smell of feces and urine throughout the building. I’ve been to many veterinary clinics over the years and have never encountered such an odor. It made for an unsettling and unprofessional first impression.Once in the exam room, things briefly improved thanks to the veterinary technician, who was kind, professional, and attentive. Truly the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, my interaction with the doctor was disappointing. Rather than listening to my concerns, which were the reason for my visit, she spent most of the time talking about her own pets. I felt dismissed and ignored at a time when I was seeking support and answers. To make matters worse, I could clearly hear the doctor speaking harshly to her staff through the thin walls. This raised concerns about the work environment and the level of respect among the team. Even indirectly, it was disheartening to witness.I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. Pet owners come seeking compassionate, professional care — both for their animals and from the professionals entrusted with their well-being. Sadly, that was not my experience. - Very nice and friendly staff. They took great care of my dog Dolan. I'm so grateful that my friend Joyce referred me here. The staff communicated very well and the vet did an amazing job on Dolan's surgery. The pricing was very affordable which helped me a great deal because I'm handicap. I've been to many vets over the years and this is the best I've been to January 04 · Ryan OShaughnessy
- Absolutely incredible clinic. Dr. Anheuser and her staff really truly care about their patients, and they show it by not only listening and advocating for them, but it also reflects in their pricing. It feels so empowering to know I can actually afford vet care now for my babies. October 27 · FroggyFeylia
- I have used Anheuser Animal Clinic for the past 5 years with my cats; my family has used them for longer. We have unfortunately cut ties with this clinic for several reasons that could have been avoided.1. Lack in Sanitation - My cat was taken to the clinic in the Fall of 2024 for a procedure that required sedation. He was housed in the back kennels to prep for surgery, as well as to recover from surgery. I noticed his ears were hot one day, and he seemed to be pretty itchy. I took him back to the clinic, where they told me that he contracted ringworm from the holding area. So did I, on my leg where he slept. Apparently the clinic was doing a spay/neuter and release on a large colony(ies) of feral cats, and they had ringworm. This leads me to believe that the holding area where my cat was held was not properly sanitized. I treated both myself and my cat for ringworm at the same time.2. My family adopted a cat from the rescue in 2024. Since that time, it has been nothing short of a disaster. The cat had serious gastrointestinal issues, which was determined by a different vet to be an infection of Giardia. With my cats living in the house, my parents' cats living in the house, and my sibling's cats living in the house, all 8 cats have contracted this infection. Dr. A would not do a PRP test, so my parents had to take the cat elsewhere. A month after the initial diagnosis, all 8 cats still have it, even after being treated by medication prescribed by Dr. A at the recommendation of another vet. However, there was another medication that was requested to be prescribed by the other vet that Dr. A WOULD NOT prescribe. We now have to re-treat all 8 cats, when it should have been treated once to begin with.I will add that Dr. A has been fantastic in all other aspects. She has been there for my cats and other animals when there have been emergencies, but this has been a very frustrating past year as a pet owner who deeply cares about their animals. I think that the clinic has bitten off more than they can chew with the rescue and the spay/neuter and release operation that they are doing. Your money would be better spent elsewhere with a vet who is willing to do the tests that need to be done to figure out what the problem is, instead of having to go to another vet to spend more money on top of the initial bill that didn't fix the issue. - Visited Anheuser yesterday with my two corgis to get updated shots and dental estimates. The staff was all extremely friendly, Dr. Anheuser herself was extremely pleasant, and the prices were digestible. I’m very happy we made the choice to switch! March 06 · Kimberly Littlefield
