Animal Eye Institute of Northern Kentucky Reviews
We arrived early for our appointment and there was a cancellation so we got to be seen 30 minutes early. The tech that did the Primary exam was very kind and thorough. The doctor came in and was very professional and did a great job. Really appreciate all you did and Hannah is doing great. I’m praying that by the time she comes on August 20 that she won’t have to have a return visit thank you so much
Jul 14, 2025 · Karen Robertsvery nice very thorough and they explain everything in detail. didn't try to get me to do anything that didn't need done just to make money. awesome place... got the surgery and Dr Spatola was great and everyone in office was wonderful. But a little bit later Butch got sick and 3 days in vet hospital did everything but his heart gave out due to other issues and he lost his battle... Riip 7/1/25
Jul 08, 2025 · Esther BI recently adopted a double merle Pomeranian, and double merle dogs commonly suffer from hearing and vision problems. The entire staff at the Northern KY office was welcoming and wonderful. I left with the confidence that my new boy had been seen by the best, and with the reassurance that his vision, although not perfect, was remarkably better than a lot of dogs with his genetic abnormality. Thank you for everything.
Mar 20, 2025 · Doug BrownThis place is great. It is my second time going there with one of my dogs. They are caring and very knowledgeable. If your pet has eye issues, The Animal Eye Institute is the place to go.
Apr 03, 2025 · Lorel WardWe got an appointment quickly. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and spoke to my dog as though he was a child. We were first seen by a technician for some initial checks, then a very competent resident and finally by the doctor who took time to explain my dogs problems and the treatment plan.
