★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Teri Sue is fabulous. She gave me the worst possible news - that my cat's life was hanging by a thread - but never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to. I love that she energetically checked in with my cat first, and was slow in her approach which made my kitty very comfortable and trusting. She was generous with her time with me as my cat was close to the end, supporting me as well. She made a nightmare a little more tolerable, certainly better than any other vet I had seen. I wish I had found her sooner! Thank you for your amazing services.
August 28 · Alexa ElniskiI love Teri Sue and all the staff here at this veterinarian provider. They offer functionally superior medicine through diet and nutrition versus ultra-processed food and unnecessary treatments. They recommend whole foods and whole food supplements to support the health of my loved pup.The wisdom and knowledge here is incredibly helpful, and I feel confident that my dog will live an amazing and healthy life for many years to come.
November 16 · Melissa GwinnBalance Veterinary Care was just what I was looking for. They were very supportive of me extending my holistic healthcare lifestyle to my kittens. The examination by Madison and Dr.Teri Sue was gentle and thorough, and they offered helpful guidance in feeding a raw diet as well as a helpful list of local supply sources. They are excellent communicators and were quick to respond to my inquiries.
May 18 · Julie ConnellBooked an appointment online for my 13 year old dog with arthritis. I went in to see about ways to manage and improve his arthritis. They spent the entire hour convincing me that I needed to change to an all raw food diet and that “he would be like a puppy again.” They did no bloodwork, no actual testing of any kind. Then after convincing me on this food, that they of course sell in house, I had to actually pay for the visit. The grand total with some of the raw food and supplements they were shoving down my throat was a staggering $360. over $230 of this was for the introductory visit alone. Again, they did no bloodwork or testing to justify a price like that. Even when talking about expensive vets, the prices this lady charges are exorbitant. I seriously regret going to this vet. Nothing was done for my dogs arthritis pain. It felt like the whole appointment was a car salesman selling me a car, but for dog food. If you want a vet to actually do something for your dog, go somewhere else.
July 16 · Tyler PetekDr. Teri Sue & Madison are absolutely outstanding people! I frantically showed up to their office one morning without an appointment with a very sick pup. Dr. Teri Sue just so happened to be walking by at the time and walked over to my car after I had asked her where the entrance was. She took a look at my pup and fit us in for an urgent exam before the office opened. After taking extremely good care of him, I was sent home with an abundance of things to nurse my pup back to health. One of those things was a prescription, but none of the pharmacies had it in stock so Dr. Teri Sue picked it up from another vet across town and delivered it to my home, next level service. I only met them 3 days ago and they already feel like family. The entire staff at this office have been so kind and thorough during this nightmare with our pup, we're so grateful for them and highly recommend them to everyone!
