Jun 14, 2025 · Michael SmithDon't trust they're wellness plan. Its a trap to lock you into services. My dog has been on they're plan since she was puppy and I've noticed the last couple years we are paying alot of money monthly but they only see her twice a year to clean her teeth and give her flea and tick medication. Her plan renewed 2 months ago she has only been seen once and all they did was clean her teeth and send her home with flea and tick medication and when I called to cancel the plan they told me the cost of that visit was 1200$ dollars and I had to pay that to cancel. Not to mention how hard they make it to even try to cancel.Absolutely not worth the money you pau
May 30, 2025 · Ricky UnderwoodThis pet hospital is awesome. Since the first day we went staff was nothing but nice and courteous. They are always available to help and LOVEEE my pup. She is always excited when we pull up to the store. Prices for wellness plans save $$$$$!!! It has been a great experience.
Sep 27, 2024 · Rashawnda BarksdaleThis place is a joke. I called three times to schedule an appointment because none were available online. Each time I called, there was no hello how may I help you, it was “Can I place you on a brief hold?” Their definition of a brief hold was 15+ minutes. Customer service is poor and the veterinary care is mediocre at best. Take your business elsewhere where your time and pets are valued.
Oct 30, 2024 · Amy MillerMy fur baby wasn't feeling his best, so I wanted to get him looked at. Went to Banfield and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant front desk! Then Brittany Smith, VA Veterinary Assistant, came to discuss my dog's issues. She was so caring and so eager to help! She made me feel comforted because of how much she seemed to truly care about my dog's condition. I would come back just because of the customer service she provided! Above and beyond employee!
