- Preventive Medications: This includes essential preventive treatments such as flea, tick, and heartworm medications, which are crucial for maintaining your pet's long-term health, especially in California's climate where parasites can be a year-round concern.
- Specialty Compounding (if applicable, confirm with the hospital): While not explicitly stated, many modern veterinary pharmacies can offer compounded medications for pets with unique dosing requirements or those who require medication in a specific flavor or form to make administration easier. It's always advisable to confirm this service directly with the hospital.

- Refill Services: For ongoing medications, the pharmacy typically facilitates convenient refill services, ensuring that your pet's treatment plan is uninterrupted. This often involves calling ahead or using online portals to request refills.

Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
So grateful for this Banfield location. While on vacation my dashound Stella developed a horrible ear infection and they were able to see me right away. Heartwarming staff who truly careThank you for coming to Stella's rescue.
May 24, 2025 · dee deeSuper friendly and helpful staff. They always take great care of my puppy and have helped us learn so much for taking good care of her.
May 19, 2025 · Claudio VertemaraWe got the membership and it gives me peace of mind because it has unlimited vet visits. However, when we go to the visits, I feel that they give recommendations for extra services that are not really needed as much. Also, wait time is usually over one week. When the Banfield closest to we closed down it was a two weeks or more to book an appt @ another place. I got a premium plan so it included spade or neutering and dental cleaning annually. So the dental cleaning alone is well worth the money. Plus you get a chance on heartworm and tick and flea meditation. And also discounts on special RX dog food. Every year the plan will go up, but I will still keep it because of the overall benefits.
Feb 18, 2023 · Linh RussellWrong address on Google map, it’s actually on the opposite corner of the plaza and took us 10mins to find the right location, then they just didn’t take us because we were 10mins late, for their mistake, and they didn’t even acknowledge that it was their fault not keeping their address accurate. It took us 40mins to drive here for nothing. Huge disappointment.
Feb 17, 2025 · Siyu TanI have been taking my Boston terrier here for a couple of years now. The staff and doctors are very friendly. Dr. Park is a very knowledgeable doctor who has properly diagnosed and treated my dog everytime he's had an issue. Scheduling appointments are quick and easy. He's pretty much in and out for every visit. Costs are reasonable but price does not matter to me as long as my little boy is taken care of.
