Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Thanks to Dr Radcliffe and Tina at Banfield. You took good care of my little one during his neutering process. All staff here are great.
Apr 29, 2025 · Terri FranceMy dog likes going to Banfield. They greet her like their own pet! They also are accommodating. I had an situation with my dog , they fit me in. Also, they are affordable.
Jul 02, 2025 · Ethel FletcherThis place is terrible. I usually dont have issues with Banfield locations, but I've only taken my dogs there once and won't again. I had issues with the scheduling of my dogs to get immunizations. I've already spoken with the office manager about this issue. But Banfield won't provide info for how long till the pet needs the booster shot (in my case, it was Bordatella), so the place where I board my dogs told me that they needed 6-month boosters. The boarders also said that Banfield won't pick up/return calls to verify immunization records. This scares me because the vet will need to be contacted if there's an emergency - AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE?! No, I'm good. Ive taken my pets to another vet that doesn't require a full (expensive) exam in order to administer shots. AND the new vet provides the dates of when the next vaccines are due.
Jun 07, 2025 · Gina HOverpriced and MisdiagnosedI moved to Fayetteville less than a year ago and chose Banfield Pet Hospital for my Pomeranian because it looked modern and professional. After spending over $700 on exams and multiple tests with Dr. Hilary Carlisle King, DVM on May 21, 2025, I was told the lump on my dog “could not be evaluated” but might be a tumor. They quoted $1,200 for removal.I got a second opinion at Riley Road Animal Hospital, where the vet immediately diagnosed it as an umbilical hernia and quoted $130 for removal.Very disappointed in Banfield’s vague diagnosis and inflated pricing.Banfield pet Hospital 552 N. Jun 28, 2025 · Sara Rick B.This clinic charged us for things we didn’t need nor want. We told them what was wrong with our dog from another Banfield where we lived before. He gets recurrent ear infections and it’s always the same thing. We told them that. Yet they basically robbed us of a 75 dollar test that told them what we already knew. They claimed to not see his “records”, but by some so called suspicious miracle, they found them. This was done only AFTER they did this test for the third time. The staff including the tech, AND the vet were HORRIBLE. The vet never even came back to tell us anything after the so called test that was never necessary anyway. Then to add insult to injury, because I told them we were pressed for time, they ended up taking TWO AND A HALF HOURS to dosomething that at any other vet office we have been to, takes no more than 45 minutes. This was deliberately done by the people at this location. I will NEVER bring my dogs back to this sorry excuse for a vet clinic. All they care about is charging you hundreds of dollars for shotty service and care for pets. I’m sure my review won’t change any of that but I can promise you I will tell anyone about this that I can, including their social media and their corporate hq.
