★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The timing of the appointment was speedy and the care of our dog great. We got his nails trimmed at the same time and they were still really long when we got him, so we will not be getting that service through Banfield again.
July 10 · Gretchen GulottaI had such a wonderful experience at the vet yesterday! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Shaniece at the front was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful—she immediately put both me and my pup at ease. Dr. Sankar was just as amazing—kind and attentive. Thank you for making our visit smooth.
May 01 · Nicole AlfafaraThe worst customer experience ever. They will do everything they can to nickel and dime you, sign you up for a plan you didn’t want, and then make it nearly impossible to escape their price-gouging scheme. Do not take your pet to Banfield, especially the Cedar Mills location. They will take full advantage of your love and care for your animals while exploiting your wallet.
March 04 · Zachary MichaelGreat employees! My dogs hate going to the vet but love these guys! They’re so friendly and caring. We deeply appreciate them taking such great care of our pups! 😊
May 29 · Korin KiserBanfield seems to care more about sales and charging people as much as possible more than they care about the health of your pet.I brought my dog in for an updated bordatella vaccine. The vet took him into the back and when she came back she had a laundry list of symptoms that "were worrisome". She claimed that he had abscesses on his teeth, that he had skin disease and even went as far as to pick a nonexistent flea from his body.I denied same day care because i felt like she wasnt being entirely honest with me. Weeks later, it turns out nothing that she diagnosed my dog with is actually wrong with him per another vet clinic. This was an awful attempt to scare and upsell a patient. I will never return to banfield because of this predatory behavior.
