Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Our peanut was scheduled to get her shots and nails cut. I explained that I'm disabled so I can't drop my little angel off at 8am and come back at 4 or 5 pm. So I'll have to wait on her, which is what I've done ever since I started bringing my angel here. So my scheduled time was 10:30 am. So I waited, and waited, and waited until I could wait no more. At 4pm I had to insist that I get my angel back, I just couldn't sit and wait any longer. Worst service ever. The guy at the front desk said all I had to say was, that I needed express service. I thought that was established during the initial call. I'm so disappointed
May 22, 2025 · MANUELA MCLEANBanfield Pembroke loved on three of my dogs in succession. They were very pleasant to work with over 15+ years. As a result of this my present dog Gabriel is still a Banfield dog in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Thank you Pembroke.
Jun 27, 2024 · D.B. ReillyI have heard many mixed reviews about Banfield, but they have taken the most amazing care of my cat. The doctors have always been top notch. I want to also point out 1 person in particular.......Kat (or is it Cat?) either way, she is THE MOST amazing human being that you have working for you. She is so loving, so PRESENT for every animal, and treats each pet as if they were her own. I LOVE her so much, and she is so deserving. You won't find better than Kat. ❤️
Jan 13, 2025 · Devin TThis place is a scam. They auto renewed are plan, and said there is no way to cancel so must make payments for the next year. All together this place isn't any cheaper than a regular vet. Subpar medical care. They will keep your dog there all day without letting it out to use the bathroom. Avoid all banfields.
