This isn't just a clinic; it's a place where dedicated professionals treat your beloved animals with the same love and attention you would. The outpouring of positive feedback from real customers vividly illustrates the hospital's commitment to outstanding care. One thankful client raves, "I am so thankful to have found Blue Ridge Animal Hospital! The kindness, compassion and care Dr Miller has given my tiny girl has been top notch! I love how thorough she is in her exams and keeping my small chihuahua mix as comfortable as possible. I feel comfortable asking questions and never feel rushed in my appointments." This sentiment is echoed by another, highlighting the excellent support staff and the surprisingly affordable costs: "Not only is this the best vet service we have ever received, but it's also a fraction of the cost of other vets we have been to! Highly recommend!!" The hospital's ability to handle diverse needs, including behavioral challenges stemming from past abuse, further showcases their dedication. A grateful owner states, "So thankful for Dr Rushing and her staff at Blue Ridge. They care for your pets like their own and helped me get my oldest boy, Turbo, out of pain and on a treatment plan. Mar 14, 2025 · Meg MartinToday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Rowan, at Blue Ridge Animal Hospital. Just over a year ago, we faced the same heartbreaking moment with our cat, Quincey. Both experiences were among the hardest our family has gone through, but thanks to the team at Blue Ridge, we never felt alone.Dr. Miller, Dr. Narbonne, Dr. Rushing, and Dr. Young each showed extraordinary compassion, professionalism, and empathy. They treated Rowan and Quincey not just as patients, but as beloved family members. Their ability to guide us with patience and care, especially in our most vulnerable moments, meant the world to us.We’re also incredibly grateful to the doctors’ assistants, who were gentle, supportive, and deeply kind. Their quiet presence and reassuring words provided comfort we didn’t even know we needed. And to the front office staff; thank you for your warmth, compassion, and grace. Whether it was a routine appointment or a final goodbye, you treated us with respect, patience, and genuine kindness every single time.We trusted Blue Ridge Animal Hospital with two of the most important members of our family—and they honored that trust in every way. Thank you for the care, love, and humanity you gave to Rowan, Quincey, and all of us. We will never forget it.
May 14, 2025 · Josh KuykendallBlue Ridge Animal Hospital is one of the very best places I have ever been with my pets! Dr. Jennifer Narbonne saved my Yorkies life a few years ago and she is now 16 and is still with me. She was also a patient of Dr. Virginia Rushings before Dr. Narbonne came to the practice and she was equally amazing. We see either of them and without hesitation they are the best vets I have had the experience of working with. My pets love them and we do as well. They always work us in when my girl isn’t feeling her best, take phone calls if I have questions or concerns and even answer messages after hours. The compassion they show their patients is not comparable to anyone else. We recently suffered a tragic loss of our beautiful cat who passed away tragically and suddenly and both them were responsive and compassionate to our needs as well as all the office staff. Our beautiful boy has crossed over the rainbow bridge now and they have called us to check on us and have been nothing but supportive throughout the process of cremation and waiting for his urn to arrive to he can be put to rest peacefully by them and we can bring him home at peace. Our beautiful boy will be with us always and forever and we can not thank the staff at Blue Ridge enough for all they do for our pets and our family.
Nov 19, 2024 · Jennifer Rivera RodriguezThis is by far my favorite veterinary office in Culpeper. They have a real love for our animals and it shows. My cat had a sudden urinary problem and they made room for him immediately. My baby is going to be ok. They called to check on him and gave me alternatives. They are wonderful!
