Sad to say worst vet I’ve ever been to very rude not helpful I brought my dog in for a wellness check and rabies vaccine and blood work.I knew it didn’t feel right when the first 5 minutes we were waiting I heard a nurse talk about a customer that just left and how she didn’t like him I thought that was very un professional. When we get back in the room they start with the routine questions and then they take blood samples and everything is going ok I guess until the vet goes to check my dogs ears she sticks the thing in her ears and and she’s fine for a second then she gets startled and jumps up towards the nurse with a loud bark and then sits back down mind you the nurse has her face next to my dogs face as the vet is checking her ears that didn’t seem like proper practice but idk I’m not a vet.We were treated like absolute crap after that the nurse yelled I can’t do this I can’t do this I have to go outside and immediately leaves the room the vet that is still in there with me says you will have to come back to do the wellness check because she’s to aggressive mind you she did great with the blood work great being in the room and being weighed she come from a very top of the line German shepherd breeder In Fairfax with 5 star reviews top gun shepherds is the name of the place they specialize in breeding for good temperament. why the vaccine wasn’t giving while they were doing blood work I have no idea but nether the less we set up an appointment to come back next week with Medicine they wanted to give her and a muzzle we come back they give the vaccine fine she does no wellness check no looking in her ears like she was supposed that I was charged for and that was literally the reason we were told we needed to come back when I told them I wasn’t get any more vaccines that day they told me ok you can put her in the car and come back in and pay very dismissively and lastly if you don’t take there vaccines they offer they have no problem being rude telling you well I have seen a lot of dogs die without it you don’t say that to a customer it’s one thing with educating and it’s another thing being completely rude we we’re charged 400 dollars for a flea pill rabies vaccine lime test and a wellness check that was not done we will not be coming back seems like everyone there hates there job.fyi i am not the same Brandon peters that left a bad review 3 years ago - Brandon Peters
