Aug 12, 2015 · Kenneth LasnierI have been taking my cats to the Cat Clinic of Cary since we adopted them in 2005. Dr. Jenn and her wonderful staff have always been extremely caring and compassionate, and my cats have gotten great care. I would not hesitate to recommend the Clinic to anyone. Dr. Jenn never pushes services or anything. She usually only suggests things if I ask, and if I say no that's the end of it. She always tries to find the best solution to problems, and will never stop trying. I love visiting and interacting with the many rescues she has living in the clinic - cats who otherwise might have been put down. As long as Dr. Jenn is in business, she is the only vet I will take my cats to
Oct 04, 2014 · Linda AikinI absolutely love Dr Jen and the staff at The Cat Clinic. I moved to NC a couple of years ago and shortly after moving my cat needed some care. I had no idea where to take her so I googled and found the Cat Clinic. The staff were very attentive to my needs and Dr Jen was the best. She helped me understand what was wrong with Fancy and how we could make it better. With a little time, Fancy made a full recovery and is now back to her wild self. When Dr Jen started treating dogs too I was so happy! A couple of months ago my dog Daisy got really sick. Jen dropped everything and came to my house to see Daisy. It turns out Daisy has cancer. I can't afford the medicine to treat it but Dr Jen gave me some alternatives to help shrink her lumps and keep her comfortable! Daisy still has cancer but is still going strong! Without Dr Jen, that wouldn't be possible! I don't trust anyone else with my pets care at all! She's the best around for cats and dogs! The whole staff at the Clinic have hearts of gold and always have the animals best interest in mind, along with the humans. They care about your animal but they care about you too! I'll never take my animals anywhere else as long as I am in NC!
Jul 04, 2014 · Tiffany HastingsWe have been taking our kitties to the Cat Clinic for so long I don't even remember when we first started! Dr. Jen and all her staff are friendly, professional, thorough and most of all very caring - not only about their patients, but their owners, too. When we finally had to say good-bye to our beloved 21-1/2 year old Mr. Snow, Dr. Jen came to the house to help him over the Rainbow Bridge. That speaks volumes about her and the entire staff!
Apr 12, 2016 · Caryn FriendWould definitely not recommend this clinic at this time. Dr. Jen while mostly friendly absolutely does NOT listen, and is too busy bouncing from one thing to another to listen/pay attention to the patient. We have been multiple times over the years and it is ALWAYS the same. The office does not feel particularly clean over the last few years and desperately needs some attention, and the vet techs are just plain intimidating. They act like taking temperatures, etc. is a complete inconvenience and also don't pay attention. It feels like this clinic has a "following" of a select few of loyal patients, but don't give this same attention to anyone new. The upside is the friendly receptionist and the office kitties. I very much commend giving these cats a home for their final days. Unfortunately this does not equate to the best care for my kitties. A misdiagnosis and expensive round of unnecessary medicine was the final reason that we left the practice. I know Dr. Jen is trying to build her practice, but she has to focus on patient care first before all else.
