May 28, 2025 · S HymanLied and said I confirmed an appointment when I didn’t I canceled the appointment 3 days before the actual day. Now they won’t send any shot records and want me to pay $180 before I do and they are rude. I have call log and called my phone store and have no calls confirming.
Jan 27, 2025 · Morgan WrightWow what a great compassionate and honest place. Everyone from the girls in the front office to the doctors are just amazing! My dog actually loves going to the vet. Frankie had a growth on the side of his mouth that was growing so we went to have it looked at and because it had grown we agreed at that time that the best course of action was to have it removed and tested. Well the day of the surgery came and we went in bright and early. Doctor Mark (the surgeon) was there and took a look at it. I told the doctor that it I believed it had gotten smaller and it had developed a scab. The girl at the front desk confirmed my suspicion as she had seen it larger in the last visit. Doctor Mark said that it might not need to be removed especially since it had gotten smaller. He told me to take Frankie home and wait a week to see what would happen. He thought it might just go away and yes, that is what happened, it did go away. I called today to say thank you and they were as happy as I was that there was no need for surgery. I highly recommend Edgewood Veterinary Hospital.
Aug 07, 2024 · Kathy SeidelMy dog went here to 10 years. 10 freaking year and when I call to tell them my dog is sick and all details they say sorry can't see him to the 10th or 11th. My dog was weak and could hardly walk called the Animal Emergency Hospital got in with them. To find out that he has life threatening diabetes, enlarge liver, prostate issues, 105 temp, arthritis, eye problems and chipped hip/pelvis bone. The arthritis and eyes are understandable. The chip in hip/pelvis is understandable too because he was weak and couldn't really jump. We had to put him down since this vet never searched for diabetes something that is by what the Animal Emergency Hospital said common in his breed! Never going here they are money greedy people! If you don't know your doing get out of the vet work and let people who actually care do it. No one and I mean no one should have to put there pet down because you don't care!RIP Shadow 9/10/2021- 7/2/2023P.S. stop giving wrong anibotes the anibotes for his losing hair didn't work!
