Let me start off by saying that my family and extended family has been going here since I was under 14 years old I am 38 now. But me my family and friends will no longer be coming back. And let me explain one I have two new puppies and one of them contracted parvo virus and the other one he probably has it as well. I went to a 24 hour care facility who wanted a $6000 deposit? An ultimate cost. Uh $,10000, I was at a loss. I called here knowing that they'd helped me in the past. And I spoke with stacey, on the phone who made me feel like I called the right place. That they were going to help me for only a few thousand dollars. She told me I wouldn't even have to go in there that the doctor would come here to my home. And all she had to do is speak to the doctor to get the small details and call me back. I never received a call back waited a couple hours. I, when I did call back, another person answered the and told me why, yeah, because I called them back too late, that they could not help me today. I pleaded with them then, can you help me tomorrow, please? Then the lady says we only have evening appointments and the doctor has prior obligations and can I help you period I said, well, let me speak to Stacey, because she gave me hope and made it seem like you guys could help me. And I would rather speak to her when she gets on the phone. She tells me that she's sorry, but the doctor has prior obligations and doesn't have twenty four hours to sit with my puppy. And that they could not help me. I said, well, why can't you get me in another day? And she said, sorry, you called back too late. I said you were supposed to call me back and nobody gave me a call period i said, why would you make me feel so hopeful that you guys were going to help me? And now, offering no help at all and in fact, being quite rude about it, and she said, I'm sorry, I tried to give you hope, but the doctor doesn't have 24 hours to sit with your puppy. I would never, ever go back to this place. And either with me, my family or friends To make somebody feel like it, they have hope. When their puppy's sick or dying and then just to act like that, and then act like it was because of something I did, it's absolutely ridiculous, and they should all be ashamed of themselves. - David Thomas
