★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We took our new blue heeler puppy today for her first visit. I was highly impressed with everything! The facility is super nice, staff was great, appointment was on time, they have a really cool app to track appointments, visit summary, etc. Dr. Woodin was fantastic very sweet and compassionate with our new family member. She gave all her recommendations and answered all of our questions in a way we could understand them. This place is a truly a vet family practice first class like I grew up with, not all corporate making you feel just like a number, you feel like part of the family. It looks like jet has found her vet! Thank you Four Paws TEAM!
July 30 · Andy SanchezAll of our pets go to Four Paws. Dr. Denney and the amazing staff go above and beyond for our animals.Veterinary care is expensive, and their team understands that by providing quotes and helping identify what needs are priority versus which ones can wait.I love that they close for staff training, which shows continued efforts toward increasing knowledge and providing the best care, which shows in how the employees interact with patients and their (sometimes) crazy owners. You can tell the staff love working there, which makes the experience fantastic. Our animals are far less stressed here than any other vet we have gone to in the past. We have certainly found their lifetime vet🎉🎉
August 20 · Miriah EspinozaI wish medical establishments can understand that it takes the front and the back to have a good experience, a little compassion and understanding can change a visit. The doctor is good but unfortunately supported by people who do not have the skill set to deal with sensitive issues. If I read the responses of the doctor to other reviews you can see where the lack of passion and understanding stems from. Maybe instead of firing every patient who had a bad and emotional experience try train the staff in some people skills.
August 28 · Tammy FieldgateIt was so nice to see Dr. Woodin again, as she was my previous vet years back. I was also so very grateful to be able to get in the same day. We received excellent care from both Dr. Woodin and her technician, Jenna. We live just 2 miles away, so I’m sure we’ll be back not only for a follow up but with some of the rest of our crew when the time is needed.
August 27 · Karen Brubaker MayrDr. Milan, Dr. Denny and the four paws staff saved my baby’s life!I noticed a couple things that I felt were off about my dog and reached out to your paws. I have had the absolute best experience from the moment I called. The team here is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and gentle! They took my concerns seriously and accessed my dog accordingly. Dr. Milan was very transparent with her findings and possible options for treatment. Found 2 masses on my dog’s spleen and they have been by my side every step of the way!Even though they referred me to a center for further tests to rule out cancer, I decided to do her surgery with them because Dr. Milan’s care made me more comfortable, as well as I preferred the atmosphere here at Four Paws. Her surgery with Dr. Denny went great! The staff kept me updated via text every step of the way! They also checked up on her to see how her recovery was going! I love that they are available to me via text/email when something else comes up and they are very responsive and helpful with it.I love that they gave me all of the information and options but also put things in perspective for me based of what they would do if it was their dog. Most other places would try and milk you and guilt you , but both doctors have been so realistic with me. I will stick to Four paws for all of my baby’s care!Thank you Dr. Milan, Dr. Denny, Ashley, Beth, Lyndee, Candice and everyone else that have cared for my Baby Annie!
