May 27, 2025 · J.S. HoltVery upset on my last visit to the clinic. I took my new puppy here due to my positive experience with adopting a puppy from here. However, when it came to this visit with my new puppy NOT satisfied at ALL with the visit. When the Veterinarian joined the room they got straight to business which is great however they did not take time to at least educate me on what was being done. They started injecting my dog with vaccines (which I brought vaccines in to talk about before we started the appointment). I took a moment to request the Veterinarian slow down and explain to me what was going on which led the vet to became very frustrated. No one told me at least what was going on. No one took the time to go over any fees. They wait till you check out and just give you a bill. No estimate is signed and no heads up is given they will treat your dog without consulting the YOU the PERSON RESPONSIBLE for the puppy/dog/my companion. When it came to the microchipping process the doctor left the room IMMEDIATELY after the vaccines which is pretty much all that was done. Two unlicensed professionals handled the microchipping which led too TWO FAILED attempts. That resulting in my puppy to continuously bleed. When bringing it to their attention they said there is nothing they can do just let the bleeding stop. They could’ve started with the license professional handling the procedure. NOT just leave the room due to QUOTE “she doesn’t like to be here for it” as stated from the worker who failed to administer the microchip. After this I still had unanswered questions for the Veterinary and requested she come back to discuss the puppy check up which is what I scheduled for. The Vet did not come back and we had to rely on the front desk to answer all our questions. Really sad I had this experience here after the great experience I had with rescuing a dog here but as far as medical team there are other places in the area who will at least take time to inform you what’s going on with you puppy/dog before they just do what they want send you out with a bill and half ass SerivceWe had came in for a professional consult with a Veterinarian which resulted in my puppy bleeding and horrible customer service
Apr 05, 2025 · Faith AlvarezI can’t say how thankful I am and I found this clinic. We had an emergency and had to take my precious cat to the vet. We were so concerned about how much it was gonna cost us. Originally we had gone to rainbow animal Hospital, and they did not have the proper equipment to deal with my babies, broken leg. She was attacked by a dog. They recommended we see this place, and I was so surprised because I had always gone to the cat Café and now they have their clinic. The clinic is super cute and our vet took care of our baby so well. It was an emergency so I had to pay $75 for the exam fee upfront but it’s better than any other place. If you make an appointment it truly is $50 for an exam. These days it’s unheard of, we also had x-rays done and our bill was semi-affordable but we could do it. It was definitely below $1000. We have to get our baby recasted every Monday but we’re paying $135 every visit that’s still pretty affordable in my eyes and it gives us time to prepare and save for our kitty. We didn’t go surgery route it would’ve crossed thousands so we’re just praying that the recasting helps heal our baby. I recommend this clinic too everyone and anyone that needs help. This clinic is run by truly passionate people. Thank you for everything. Will keep you updated on our babies leg.
Jun 18, 2025 · Gracie VillaAbsolutely amazing experience, my furry kid was treated with love and empathy, Dr Vincent explained everything throughly and we left with no questions!! He is amazing and so is Hearts Alive!
Mar 02, 2025 · Kenia B.M.AI have a 7 year old multi mix dog as I call him and he had a fairly significant mass growing on his eyelid that was concerning. He also had a reputation for chewing his way out of wire crates when he was a puppy and had some serious dental ablations as well as a cracked canine. I took him in and they were very thorough with me and explained everything in detail. He ended up having the mass and canine removed as well as a cleaning. Price was extremely fair and everything went beautifully and he has recovered well. I can't recommend them enough, thank you Dr Benson and staff for taking care of my fur baby.
