★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my 3 dogs for years! 2 male Terriers and 1 female Belgian Mal. No vet has done or cared more for my pets. I don’t trust any other vets but Dr. Rash and Dr Klein
August 12 · bigtimersrymersWe are new to town and needed to establish a vet close to our new home. Based off reviews stating low/reasonable prices and excellent care we thought this was the place for us.Unfortunately, due to prices and the lack of thorough care we will not be back. Maybe it was an off day I’m not sure but I wouldn’t want my pet to be in the hands of someone on an off day.We stated our main concern for our dog having skin allergies which makes her itch often, needing her rabies vaccine booster, requested her moles that we guess are from age that keep popping up all over to get checked out, and to get more bravecto flea prevention medication. In our occupation we have traveled the world with our pets and experienced many vets to know the good ones from the great ones. This vet was…subpar at best. After arriving well ahead of appointment time we waited a while with only one other dog in the waiting room, and then again in the exam room. I get it, emergencies and exams that we cannot see occur on the daily and can make wait times last longer, but it was just odd how long we waited without an update. When the vet finally came in she was very rushed. She didn’t even do a thorough exam of our dog. Usually a vet will make some sort of rapport with the animal such as giving the animal pets and talking to them, she didn’t do any of that. I’ve experienced & witnessed multiple vets petting along flea hot spots to check for eggs ect, examining skin -since she has skin allergies, checking teeth, listening to the heart, and taking a temp..The only thing that was done by the vet was taking our dog’s temperature then give the rabies vaccine. No checking/examination of her moles we had stated a concern for or anything. At check out the price for exam and rabies booster were very reasonable, but the price they offered for the shot and or oral medication for allergies/itching was 2-3x higher than we’ve ever seen (and we lived in Hawaii where prices for everything are above average). They didn’t seem to like that we denied the medication for her allergies all together since it wasn’t affordable. And they didn’t offer the flea prevention either.Again maybe it was an off day, you be the judge, and or maybe your experience was different. This was ours. I hope our honest and open review helps you make a decision to choose this vet or not.
April 28 · Jacqueline HoppmanThank y'all for taking such good care of our little girl. She is always happy to see y'all. She loves it when y'all greet her by name!Thank you!
July 22 · Carol FraustoThese people are absolutely amazing. Not only are they friendly and understanding, they have gone out of their way to help me and my dog. Another vet clinic misdiagnosed my 13 year old redbone. But they helped with the cost of things and the medication that I vitally needed for my boys recovery. Not only do they use common sense but they actually listen to you as well. Another veterinary clinic had me thinking my dog had kidney failure or kidney disease. In fact he just had some liver problems and can heal from this and still be a part of my life. The other place that I took him to after a 580 dollar visit that told me that my dog was going to die and would not work with a blood test that told me that the only way they would treat him was a 2800 ultrasound. The veterinary sure not only told me we could get him in immediately but the ultrasound was not 2,800 it was only $128. I owe these people. They brought me real-time results with real solutions at an affordable level and we're not trying to just turn me into another forever patient with my hound. Not only do they have a way to help people that are not doing well financially they went above and out of their way to make sure that my boy got the right medication the right testing and actually listened to what I had to say about what I had observed with my animal. You guys rock, thank you so much!!!
July 14 · Bradly FischerHooves and Paws has been our vet for the past 4 years. They have an amazing staff who have taken great care of our animals Anubis, Sammy, and Lily, in both primary care and boarding. We are sadly moving out of state and will miss their awesome service. Thanks again for everything!
