★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I bring both my pups here, and Dr Rachel is simply incredible with them. She plays with them and brings them treats and gives them so much attention and love, it is a true joy to go.Each member of staff we’ve met has been nothing short of brilliant with me and my dogs, and I’d recommend Indy’s Place to anyone who wants the best care for their furry friends!
July 06 · Ashleigh CumminsOur dog, Riley, has found his happy place as far as vets go at Indy's Place! He was somehow traumatized when he was three years old and required surgery at another veterinary practice. After being hospitalized for two days, we brought home a terrified little dog who wouldn't let anyone touch him and cowered in a corner. After several months on Prozac and Xanax, he gradually returned to normal at home, but his deep seated terror of the vet never left him.In desperation, we decided to try a fear free certified veterinary practice. We chose Indy's Place and the difference has been overwhelmingly positive!I honestly don't think Riley even realizes he's at the vet's office. He goes in with tail wagging and as soon as he gets into the exam room and Dr. Goldfarb enters with toys and treats it's play time. She gets down on the cushy pillow with him and he's all over her with doggie hugs and kisses. He absolutely adores her.Everyone there is genuinely kind and caring and we are so very happy that our ten year little boy is no longer fearful and terrified, but now thinks going to the vet is a special treat!
May 06 · Judy LibertiIndy's Place is absolutely amazing. My rescue used to be fearful at vet, to the point that she had to be fully sedated on the first appointment to carry out examination. Now going to the vet is Lucy's favorite thing to do. Here are some pictures of Lucy insisting to be let in.Thank you Dr. Goldfarb and Dr. Kerem for taking care of Lucy!
March 12 · Iryna ZhyzhyriiWe love Indy’s Place so much, it’s hard to put into words! Our sweet little dog Yeti developed an intense fear of the vet after negative experiences at another clinic. I reached out to Indy’s Place explaining the situation and I’m so grateful that we were able to get into their patient list. There is nothing that they won’t do to make your pet feel as safe, comfortable, and happy as possible. I have also felt so much more empowered as a pet parent by the amount of time that they will spend with you explaining treatment options, providing education, and answering any and all concerns. Gone are the days of feeling like you’re being rushed in and out of a vet office - Dr. Goldfarb spent over an hour with us at Yeti’s first appointment answering questions, getting a thorough history, getting to know Yeti, petting and playing with her, feeding her treats, and more. I really feel so relieved. It was so hard bringing Yeti to the vet before we switched to Indy’s Place knowing how scared she was every time. Now, it is always a calm, reassuring experience. We feel so lucky to have Indy’s Place in our town.
May 12 · Elise WitmerI don’t usually leave comments. But seeing all these super positive comments, makes me want to share my true feelings more which is the opposite from what I read here. Both me and my husband had experience took our pet to Indy’s. The shared feeling we had after the visit was they really tried to make us feel bad about ourselves not taking 200% care of our pet. My pet vomit right before the visit. When I shared this information with the doctor and after some belly touching checks, the doctor said she would do a X-ray and blood test immediately if she was me. I did not have insurance for my pet at the time and my pet did not have any symptoms except that one time vomit. So I was a little hesitant about the treatment. I decided to observe a bit more. But the whole conversation left me feeling guilty which I don’t think is necessary. The whole process of temperature measurement and medication inject was nothing but violence. And seeing their response to one comment about them not wearing scrubs, it was really gaslighting and rude.Just my personal feelings and observations.
