★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They lied about my dog and put it on his record that he bit 2 people. My dog is skittish and anxious but he has never bitten anyone. I have been right next to him the entire time for every appointment because he has separation anxiety. He's big and awkward and yes he growls when he gets scared. These vet techs were inexperienced young women and didn't know how to deal with reactive or anxious dogs. If they don't want to treat him that's fine, but they didn't need to lie. It's really sad and infuriating because now it's my word against theirs. What kind of monsters would want to ruin a dog's reputation like that? I don't trust this vet anymore. Owners of anxious dogs, beware.
March 10 · Gina NBrought in my new kitty for an annual exam. Instead of having to wait in a lobby full of animals, we got to chill out in our car until someone came to take us into the exam room. Overall everyone was very friendly and kind, they treated my cat gently and were very considerate of her needs! They provided helpful information and didn't mind answering questions! 10/10 would recommend
May 13 · Ummm NoLucy loves to visit all her friends here (including the staff she's never met before/new staff, she just loves coming here period), even after 3 surgeries in about 15 months she still gets so excited when visiting... to the point where its not unusual for her to excite pee, lol. Everyone is amazing, from front desk to the doctors and care about their patients.
March 29 · sandy johnsonThe staff has been so kind. We've had emergencies, regular check ups, end of life care, and new pets. Every time the staff have been caring and sweet to us and to our pets. I recommend Lake Tapps Vet to my pals and family. Im so glad they were recommended to us when our previous vet closed.
July 24 · Ali WintersWe took our elderly dog to this veterinary clinic after a less-than-satisfactory experience at another vet hospital in the area. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism by the staff. They truly listened to my concerns without any judgment, which made us feel more comfortable in discussing our dog's needs. The team not only took the time to educate me on aspects of our dog's health that I was previously unaware of but also showed genuine compassion and thoroughness in their approach. It was clear that they cared deeply for our pet's well-being. The veterinary staff went above and beyond to ensure that our dog was comfortable during the examination, which was greatly appreciated given her age and condition.Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices are more affordable compared to other clinics in the area. This made our experience even better, as we felt we were receiving quality care at a reasonable cost. Overall, I can't recommend this veterinary clinic enough for its excellent service, compassion, and commitment to its patients. They have certainly earned our trust and gratitude!
