Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic Reviews
(*Besides one negative incident in 2018 when my extremely skittish Chihuahua was neutered and my account was charged a ~$30 “extra handling fee” although I had told staff at arrival to handle my dog as you would a feral cat due to his distain for strangers; l’m still giving 5 stars and giving them a pass for this occurrence because I understand how much of a littleasshole my dog can be & that was quite a while ago, before their upgrades😉)
Feb 16, 2025 · Mignon BuchananI give the stars solely to those who actually work in the clinic. They were very nice and informative when I had both of my cats spayed and neutered. However, I just got done talking to a lady from there who was extremely rude and condescending. My post-operative instructions that I was given after my cat was spayed a few days ago said that if there are any issues and I cannot reach someone in the clinic during BUSINESS HOURS, to call this certain number listed. I called that number and a lady answered, "Hello?" in an annoyed tone. I told her I received that number on my care instructions and I was calling for concerns about my cat acting strange. She said that number is for after-hours emergencies only, so I told her the paper says to call it if I can't reach someone during business hours. She sighed and asked what was going on, so I told her about how my cat has thrown up 3 times today, she's moving very slow, and she's barely eating. She then said, and I quote, "Well, this is what you gotta understand," and proceeded to patronize me about how my cat had a hysterectomy and would be in pain. I told her I had never had this issue after having many cats spayed/neutered, so I just wanted to know if it was cause for concern. She had a very poor attitude for the whole conversation and even though she gave recommendations, the way she tried to tell me about the number listed being for after-hours only and then treated me as if I'm stupid was uncalled for.
Jul 17, 2025 · Brynna McKinzieThese people are here to help animals and that shows in the work they do. Note: It can be hectic to pick up and drop off here as they have a lot of animals coming and going in a short time frame. So be prepared for that (especially if you have a reactive pet). Also, you might have to park along the side street and turning around in the parking lot can be difficult in a large vehicle since there is only one entrance.
Jul 20, 2025 · Jordan RamseyOur vet quoted us almost $700 to spay our 18 lb puppy. Times are hard for everyone and we simply couldn't afford that. I'm so grateful for this clinic for providing affordable services. We were able to have our pup spayed and microchipped for $157.
Jul 15, 2025 · Holly Cruse-ShepherdI’m shocked by some of the low reviews here! We brought our new kitten in for her 4 in 1 vaccine and staff was friendly and fantastic. They run super efficiently and everyone is on top of everything. We were able to get our kitten scheduled to get spayed while we were there in person, which was much easier than waiting for a call back on the waitlist. Our kitten got spayed last Friday and we have had no issues. Pick up and drop off were well coordinated and they were very clear about the process. My kitten was slightly lethargic afterwards but has been fine otherwise. We took our kitten to a vet to establish regular care and she also had good things to say about this clinic. We will be bringing our second kitten in for the same deal here!
