★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am always grateful to the Vets and staff at Lynn Animal Hospital for their kindness and professionalism in caring for my special needs senior dog. Thank you! Linda and Coco
June 20 · Linda HudsonWhat a beautiful experience. When your pet is sick and needs care, this is the place to go. Dear Ravin, thank you for your empathy and respect for my Coco Loco. And you were right; Coco fulfilled his mission in our lives. Thank you, Lynn Hospital and staff.
March 22 · ocampo familyI just moved back to MD and needed to establish a new vet for my dogs. Years ago (probably 25-ish) we used to take our family dog there, so I figured we'd try and go back for the new pups. The place looks exactly the same! The vet was very good, and from my understanding, they have quite a few doctors, so getting appts shouldn't be very difficult. Everyone was friendly, especially the vet himself and the vet technician. I would definitely recommend Lynn Animal Hospital to anyone in the area looking for a vet.
August 07 · Kristen McLaughlinIn the year my super senior cat was seen at Lynn, things went well until the end. She was an indoor only cat and never had needed flea treatment. It was not clear to me (nor was I given any paperwork) that my cat was not given flea medication at the appointment. It was only after numerous flea treatments for my house and seeing my cat decline, that this became apparent. By then it was too late, and we had to put her to sleep at the emergency vet. She lived a long life but died a miserable death, in part due to age and in part due to rat fleas. It is partly my fault for not following up and not knowing that the medication should have worked quickly despite taking it for 3 months. I called after she died and was told it's company policy to not put on Revolution Plus at the office. Please clearly state that instead of saying "we treated her for fleas" and asking if I wanted a 3 month supply of Revolution Plus to take home.
August 30 · Julie CeiglerI truly do not understand how this place has good reviews. The number of negligent and mindless actions from almost every staff member is almost too long to list. So I’ll try to be brief. Horrible doesn’t begin to describe this facility.I’ll start with having told multiple staff, in tears, five times that my cat had passed, only to be told/asked repeatedly about his next visit or that he is still part of my household. Five times. His passing was traumatic, and they continue to bring him up since they apparently refuse to update notes. Not to mention they’ve charged me for elective services I explicitly said not to do, never get my cats’ genders right several times in the same appointment, and performed very lazy exams that overlooked my cat’s double ear infection for over a YEAR because he decided not to swab and test it, saying “they’re just dirty”. He even got mad at my cat for shaking his head and getting the ear medication on him with a very sarcastic “THANKS BUD”. Dude why are you even here??On top of that, they overcharged for a spay at over $550 ($80 over the original quote), told me that she woke up during the procedure (?!), no follow-up post-op communication, made me schedule two separate appointments for her vaccine in order to get the procedure that was the NEXT day when other vets will do it same day, charged me an exam fee on top of the vaccine appointment without doing an actual exam, and took almost 20 minutes to give me my kitten back after the spay without explanation.Even with making me schedule two appointments within 24 hours of each other, I arrived for my first one 15 mins early to which they said I arrived 20 mins late and that I’d have to come back and reschedule the entire surgery. I told them they were wrong. And it took 4 desk staff to figure out that they had moved someone else and messed up the schedule to which they then sheepishly took me back to the room. I was so angry to be at this unnecessary appointment in the first place.I would have gone to any other place for this if there wasn’t such a long wait. This place is so disorganized, dishonest, and disrespectful it’s a wonder they’re still open. It baffles me what magical mystery vet these good reviews are seeing because…what the heck??? I will never go back.
