Morganna Animal Clinic & Boarding Kennel Reviews
The crew at Morganna has been treating my collie, Titan, for over a month, since he began experiencing symptoms of a near-fatal infectious disease. Drs. Praveen and Mummareddi worked hard to save him, and the whole team has rallied around Titan as he recovers. Dr. Praveen moved mountains to help Titan in our first, worst visit, and since then has called me in his off hours to check on Titan's status. The staff knows us and use all gentleness when drawing blood - again. Most importantly, the clinic has worked with me as I've managed the tremendous cost of long-term emergency veterinary care. They saved Titan and are helping him recover now, and I am immensely grateful!
May 08, 2025 · Lianne Virginiai initially left just a rating but they replied saying i wasn't in their system which isn't surprising considering their atrocious customer service. they randomly deleted my file and the next time I called they said they had no record of my pet ever being seen here despite having been a patient for around a year. then when they created a new file for my pet they put it under my sister's file and never fixed this error despite being asked to. to this day my sister receives appointment and vaccination reminders for my dog even though my dog hasn't been seen there since 2023 and telling them my dog should not be in my sister's file. moreover, when I first brought my dog here the vet somehow missed that my dog was prescribed far too much medication and it was making her sick, something that took an urgent care vet around 5 minutes to discover.the new vet is even worse. my sister brought her dog in for a dental cleaning that dr. fuller said she would do. however she did not do the cleaning, the new vet did. dr fuller hadn't even indicated that there was a new vet let alone that this new vet would be the one doing the procedure. the new vet ended up REMOVING teeth without so much as a phone call asking for consent. the vet said he removed SEVEN teeth but the new practice my sister sees only saw six teeth that were removed though that didn't stop this guy for charging for seven teeth being removed. my sisters dog was sedated for HOURS without any communication for a CLEANING. and whenever my sister called (and she called multiple times) the receptionist was avoidant and wouldn't say what was going on or why the cleaning was taking so long. after several hours my sister finally was contacted to pick up her dog where she learned about the extractions that were NOT AUTHORIZED. when my sister confronted the vet is when she learned that dr fuller had not done the cleaning and attempted to gaslight my sister about who was planned to do the cleaning. then the new vet showed a terrible quality x ray that the vet admitted he didn't fully know how to use as it was new. he even admitted it was hard to tell what was in the x ray because of the poor quality. the new practice my sisters pet is seen at couldn't fathom why he would have removed all of these teeth and described his approach as "aggressive". my sisters dog had to essentially relearn how to eat since she is now missing so many teeth. no apology. no real explanation. just true incompetence. what a way to start out at a new practice. dr fuller should be ashamed to have passed her practice on to this man and in one move destroyed her entire legacy as a vet in manassas.would not recommend this vet to anyone. everyone that works there is careless and has no desire to rectify any issues that THEY cause. my family brought our pets here for around 20 years but will never set foot in there ever again. we used to recommend morganna to anyone we knew, but now only offer cautionary tales of the damage they've done.
Jan 25, 2025 · kris tThe vet and the team are amazing at accommodating us for emergencies right away. They've done a great job keeping our dogs healthy and lively with the newest treatments.
Apr 16, 2025 · Charlie JosephDr. Phani Madhuri Mummareddi saw my three-year-old dog most recently and was able to properly diagnose his condition after we relocated back to the area. He's finally getting the care he needs. Thank you.
