My 12yo dog is in love with Dr Cherrick. She sits on the floor with him and gives him so much positive attention. He genuinely gets excited to go to “the dogtor” so I could never take him anywhere else. The staff are also extremely sweet with him.
Jun 01, 2025 · Britney GaustadDr Cherrick is fantastic. She is so kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I can’t recommend her enough-Dotty loves going to see her!
May 28, 2025 · Cantor Shelly FriedmanSince our very first visit, the entire staff at North Ave Animal Hospital has been extremely friendly and accomodating. I first brought in my cat Cedric a few weeks ago, and since then we have primarily been seen by Dr. Doan. She has been great at thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know, extremely attentive and patient, and most importantly she always made sure to choose the best course of action after each visit. I really appreciate the work everyone here does and the amazing knowledgeable staff. It can be so hard to find the right vet clinic for you, where you can rest assured your fur babies are receiving the best quality care. My cat Cedric is finally back to his normal self and we are so happy that after a long time searching we have found our new go to clinic! :)
Sep 30, 2024 · Magali MartinezThe doctors, vet techs, and staff at North Avenue Animal Hospital are just wonderful. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and really take the time to answer any questions we may have for our fur babies.I take both my Shih Tzu (Bao Bao) and cat (George) to see Dr. Chada. If I can’t get an appointment with her, all of the other doctors are fabulous, so you can’t go wrong!George was overweight (probably still is lol), and Dr. Chada recommended a prescribed dry kibble for him that has actually helped him lose over a pound! He is looking great!Dr. Chada has seen Bao Bao since she was a little baby pup. She also performed the spay procedure, and I knew Bao Bao was in good hands. This year, Bao Bao was nominated as Patient of the Month for July. It was so sweet to have her photo and story on IG and at the front desk. Bao Bao even got a little goodie bag.Thank you for being amazing human beings at North Ave Animal Hospital. You obviously care about our pets, who are nothing less than our beloved family members and an integral part of our lives. I appreciate you!! And so does Bao Bao and George!
Aug 23, 2024 · Nina YauI brought my senior cat Gus in for wellness checks and blood testing. Unfortunately, I brought him in last week because he was declining and couldn't breathe. Dr. Chada did her best to make him comfortable, but we had to make the awful decision to euthanize him. She was so kind, letting me have time to say goodbye and hold him through the whole process. I'm so devastated to lose him, but I am so incredibly grateful that I was able to hold him as he passed. He left this earth knowing he was loved and cared for. I cannot thank Dr. Chada and her team enough for their kindness and compassion during this visit. They have earned a client for life-- I plan to bring my dog and other cat here as well.
