★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We took in our pocket beagle, Rayna Jaymes, for a checkup and for information about removal of a lump on her chin. Upon arrival we noticed how clean and calming it was. We were placed in a room immediately with a vet assistant and within minutes Dr Cassidy came in to evaluate our baby and she was so amazing with her. She explained the procedure that needed to be done so clearly and the different options. We had no hesitation to book her surgery for the following week and have found our forever home for all of our fur babies.
February 20 · Missy ChapmanAll members of staff have been so kind and supportive. Since we rescued Jackie, the team has taken the time to work with her anxiety and ensure comfort. This gives me peace knowing that she is well loved while under their care. I also appreciate the knowledge and communication from staff.
July 05 · Courtney DowneyDaisy Mae received superb care at Northshore Animal Clinic. She was talked to, petted and put at ease before she was given her yearly shots. She was not stressed and received excellent care.
April 20 · Dee PayneWhen I contacted Northshore Animal Hospital for my kitty, I was able to make an appointment for that day. When I got her in, the staff was polite, and connected with me and my cat immediately when I came in the door. The assistant did a thorough question application after I had filled out the paperwork. The assistant then took my cat into the back to see the vet. I felt this was a much better way to approach the animal due to the fact my cat gets very shy and nervous around others. After the exam, Dr. Shambeau, the vet, came to me in the room and explained what was going on, the best steps she felt were necessary and why, how to approach the problem, and the total cost involved, which did include the tax amount. She answered all of my questions without hesitance, and even repeated things which helped me to see what was best for the cat, and did it in a polite, kindly manner which I appreciated. I am happy to say that my cat is doing much better already, thanks to Dr. Shambeau and the staff at Northshore Animal Hospital.I highly recommend Northshore Animal Hospital to any pet owner. I found their staff kind, courteous, and helpful to me and to my pet.
July 23 · Doda GuyerThe vet took her time and was thorough. She even sat down and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. To me thats a great person who cares about the human parents and the animal. She was open and honest and didnt try to have a bunch of things done that didnt need to be done.
