★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I had a great experience with Dr. Knubley and his staff. They seem to really care about their patients! Prior to making the appointment, I spoke to two different staff members who were professional and very helpful with what I was calling about. When my kitten got ill, I chose this clinic to get her care. We were able to get in that afternoon and be seen. The prices were fair when considering veterinary care and the treatment was right on! I will continue going to this office; I am puzzled by the negative reviews. October 20 · R Plummer
- I was happy when i called them dispite being fully booked they squeezed me and my dog in. Not only did they squeeze him in they got to us right away (or within a few min) . i was super happy with the staff and DR. they were very thorough with examining him. Also were praising my dog the whole time on how good he was, even though he was sick and excited at the same time. Only complaint i would have is that the prices are fairly high. Although, my dog is my baby and no price is too much to pay to make him feel better. Ill definitely be back. April 24 · Nikki Landwehr

- I've had a much different experience than these other people who took time out of their lives to write nasty reviews and attempt to damage a business' credibility. I adopted a rescue dog and took him to Oakville for a head to toe exam. I was greeted by Paula who smiled at me and asked me to have a seat. I found her to be extremely competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone has a bad day, people. Maybe you should check your own attitude before you point fingers at someone else. Anywhoo, I had a very pleasurable experience at that clinic and my dog was well taken care of. After the exam, Paula sat with me for over 30 minutes and we talked about the medicines I was given and how to administer them, we talked about puppy care and training and then she answered all my questions. It was nearing closing time and she never even blinked an eye or rushed me out of there. As far as cost goes, I don't mind paying a little extra for personalized attention to myself and my pet. I felt like a valued customer and I will be going back. July 02 · Kelle C.

- My parents started taking our family dog to Dr. Knubley when I was 4 years old, and continued to see him for many years. When I got my first dog as an adult, I tried a couple clinics closer to where I was living at the time, and wasn't happy with any of them. I was always so impressed with the way the staff treated us, and the way they handled it when our family Beagle had to be put down. I live in Belleville, IL, which is about 20 miles from the clinic. Not convenient, but I'm happy to make the drive because of the amazing service I always get there. I've seen a few other reviews comment about the poor service. I will say there is one assistant who is very condescending and rude, but everyone else, including Dr. Knubley, is so amazing to work with. One visit in particular, 2 of my dogs got in a fight and one needed stitches. I drove the 20 miles to the office, called them on the way to let them know I'd be coming and why. Dr. Knubley was in the middle of a surgery when I got there, but one of his staff members sat with me in a room, trying to help me calm down (I was very upset and crying, it had been a scary fight), and sat with me the entire time while we waited for the surgery to be over, probably 30-45 minutes. Dr. Knubley then came in and was very gentle with Emmy while he stitched up her wounds. This was on a Tuesday, and the office is closed on Wednesdays. The assistant gave me her personal cell phone number to call if I had any problems when the office was closed. Very great service, if you ask me. June 17 · Jen Sights

- The staff-Paula was extremely rude. She talked horribly to my child and myself. When I made the appointment I was told the entire visit would be $165 to establish care and puppy vaccines. When I went to pay I was charged $250, I asked why it was so much bc I was told the visit would would be $165. Her response was No, you were told because I handle the phone call and I am not goino to argue with you. I would highly suggest seeking care elsewhere, I will not go back.
