★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Five Stars for Partners Animal Hospital! We brought our cat Sailor in to get his travel verifications for a big move to TAIWAN 🇹🇼, and the team at Partners Animal Hospital made the entire process seamless. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about international pet travel — not just for Taiwan, but for any destination — and knew exactly what steps to take and which documents were needed. The staff is so friendly and caring, and the facilities are top-notch: clean, modern, and full of thoughtful touches. They even have scratch pads and toys out so your little one can stretch, play, and relax before their check-up. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and their humans!I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone needing veterinary care — especially if you’re planning international travel with your pet. Partners Animal Hospital is the real deal. 🐾✈️
June 25 · Pynk LyfeAfter taking my golden to partners for emergency care in the winter, I was so impressed that I transferred her primary care there as well. Dr Hernandez and his team are amazing! He offers great advice and realistic recommendations. Shout-out to Irene for giving Nellie all the love today. Nellie is obsessed and misses her the second she leaves
June 10 · Sarah GreisingJust got my first puppy, Murphy, and when I showed up today for his vaccines I realized that an accident (opening a door on his paw) from this morning had left Murph with a little limp. Sometimes visible, sometimes not. The Vet, Dr. Hernandez, is super friendly and without question further examine the injured paw, in addition to his first check up! Brie, the nurse handled all my questions and was super kind to me and my puppy. I never felt judged for bringing in a puppy without realizing he was injured. The care taken to assess him was superb and the vets insights made me feel at ease. Samantha and Chloe from reception were our biggest fans and were super helpful and efficient in setting up next appointments. I’ll be heading back here for Murphys care moving forward! Definitely suggest stopping by if you’re looking for a new vet and new facilities. Thanks team!
April 01 · Jacob ParmacekI was searching for a new veterinarian because while my previous one was good, they didn’t exactly wow me. As a first-time pet owner, I wanted a clinic that would give me honest recommendations and patiently answer all my questions. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment and asked about parking, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and offered water, coffee, or tea—a thoughtful gesture I’d never experienced at my previous vet. They promptly took me to a room, so I didn’t have to wait outside. Inside, I was pleasantly surprised to see a personalized sign welcoming Ninah and me, along with a gift bag to take home. (I’m so disappointed I forgot my phone at home and couldn’t take a picture, but I’ll make sure to snap one next time!) The personalized touch made me feel genuinely valued and reassured me that we weren’t just another number to them—they truly care about their patients.Even though the clinic is a bit far from my house, I’m so glad I made the trip because the care Ninah received was outstanding. It was absolutely worth the drive. The vet tech and Dr. Gerardo Hernandez were amazing. They took their time examining Ninah thoroughly and gently, answered all my questions, and gave me helpful recommendations for her cherry eye. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. To top it off, the cost of the visit was very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional level of care provided.Thank you for making our experience so wonderful and for showing such genuine care for both pets and their owners. I’m confident Partners Animal Hospital West Loop will now be our go-to vet. You guys are amazing!
January 23 · JAVY SThis is our first visit here and we love it! Samantha is a nice young lady that is very helpful. They treat animals perfectly! The doctors and nurses here explain everything very well so you know what will happen, even vaccines that they need depending on their age. We will definitely bring our 9 year old dog here!
