May 15 · G LucianoDr Aimee and her assistant Jenna came to do a full check up on our herd. They were kind and efficient. They gave practical ideas on how to better the health of the animals and showed compassion to all of them. Thanks!
May 27 · Meg GI've been with Pineview for over 15 yrs. At the time it was run by the 2 owners. Things changed when one partner moved. Now the doctors are right out of vet school. Most of them were good. Large turn over in the past several years. Last week my horse had colic. Never since I've had him has he ever had colic. I was told that they haven't seen my animals in a year. Mind you I didn't realize it was a year which I explained. They wouldn't come out. I would be considered a NEW customer and they don't get emergency visits. 15 YEARS! I get a call saying since I've been with them so long Chritine would come out. Kept in touch with me since she was busy with cows. In the end my horse died a very painful death. Fought so hard his heart gave out. Today I had an emergency with an alpaca. Receptionist refused to send or tell anyone of my emergency because of that 1 year bull crap. He's dead now. I'm done.
February 19 · Christine JarvisI was in town on vacation when I noticed one of our pups snout looked swollen, so I was poking around and lifted up her lip to see a terrible infection, there was a hole in her gums and when I lightly pressed on it, loads of puss came out, it was what I later learned was an abscess. Yucky stuff! We were traveling in our RV and leaving the next day for a 4 day road trip so we needed to find a veterinarian ASAP! Prior to calling around, my husband stopped in at the RV park office to see if anybody knew of a good vet in the area, they all have dogs and all said, good luck they were all awful always booked out and very expensive!I called probably 15 vets in the area and NONE had availability, most were booked out for a month! I was starting to lose hope and was so worried to wait 4 days to get her to a vet. Then I decided to look a little further north and came across these angels! I told them what was going on and they got me in right away! Dr. Aimee and her student were AWESOME! Dr. Aimee was so gentle, so compassionate and so understanding! I'm beyond grateful that they were able to get me in and get my girl started on antibiotics, she's almost all healed up already! Thank you so much! Layla says thank you so much as well! Lol!Oh and I stopped in the RV office to tell them I had finally found a vet, they asked me to stop in afterwards and let me know how it went because they all need a good vet, I let them know and they were all asking for Pineviews info! Sounds like you will have more customers soon!! Yay!!
