April 21 · Erica McGhanI’m never one to leave poor reviews, but I’m very displeased with the level of disrespect I received not only from a few techs at this business my the level of complete disrespect from the owner Tom Sullivan. I have been going to Town & Country Animal hospital for almost 8 years. This past October I have spent almost $1000 in office visits, medical treatment and medications for my dog. Last week when I went in to get my dog picked up his paperwork wasn’t ready at the desk so I waited at the front desk with the one receptionist as the other went to get the paperwork on my dog and to get him. While in the back I over heard the techs talking trash about me and why I had my dog in their care. As I stood there I questioned to make a scene but decided I would reach out to the owner to hopefully have the issue resolved, was I wrong. The owner reached out to me to only put the entire situation on me. Saying I was the one who misunderstood and was in the wrong. I was the one who was there, I’m also the one who heard first had the level of disrespect as a customer the way I was being talked about. His solution was for me to go to another vet. I feel anyone who takes their pet there should really question the level of care they will get when the owner doesn’t care about the people who are keeping him in business.
March 24 · Brian Lord-PickettWe have taken all of our pups here and the care has been exceptionally fantastic! Great care and they explained all of the plans and recommendations and treated our pups like we do, like family.
March 27 · Daniel SowlesHave been taking my dog and cat to Town and Country since I moved to Charlotte 8 years ago. My son referred them and I have been pleased with their services. Lexi has had surgery for bladder stones and they took very good care of her. She is 15 now and still getting around good . George the cat has had surgery there also. We are still trying to find something for his allergies but he is an otherwise heathy cat . He was rescued from the street 8 years ago so I believe he is 9-10 years old. All in all very happy with the Doctors and employees at Town and Country.
March 04 · Linda SchmidtWe are very pleased with Town & Country Veterinary in Charlotte! Our furboy (almost 8 years old) was happy when his shots were done and nails clipped. It was also the first time he took a biscuit from a vet! I’d recommend them to anyone!
