★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The techs were awesome and super sweet when explaining everything before my dog’s surgery. The receptionist was helpful while checking in. During check out process, we had questions about the bill and were slightly irritated due to not being notified about the additional vaccine charge which we later understood and payed. I came back inside to get the receptionist name and she had the WORST attitude when I asked her what her name was (Abby or Amy). She was snarky when saying bye and I proceeded to ask what the problem was when I was actually asking for her name to write a nice review. I am not sure why the attitude and disrespect was necessary or why she felt the need to belittle and condescend me in front of Alison (the sweet receptionist) and patients. She tried to pretend like it was not her intention to be rude but I am not returning simply because of her behavior. I know nothing will change because I’ve heard of her behavior before by others that have referred here. I also know that they will most likely say I’m over reacting and will write me off.
June 30 · Alexis RemleyHi this is Dash. I am 6 months old and my brother Andy he is older by like 12 years. I have to say we both love Dr. McNeal, she is such a great doctor. My mom is always saying how much she trust Dr. McNeal. Dr. McNeal is just great. She is gentle with me and my brother. I know she really cares about us. We also love Keely at the front desk, she is so sweet. Alyssa, the vet tech, is our favorite but she met my other brother Jack Jack before he passed away. There is just a bond with that.Go see Dr. McNeal and tell her Dash said hi.
May 03 · KD MillerI can't say enough great things about this place and the employees. I've been going here for 20+ years. Dr Paul Hendon is amazing. All my pets are excited to see him and I would never go any where else. We even have fun in the waiting rooms.
December 06 · Erica RapeYou can tell this team cares for their patients. Dr. Gumfory was very informative, explained the entire process and possibilities for if the treatment wouldn't work, which it did. They were all very friendly with my pup. They managed to double check with their appointments and squeeze me in the next day for my Service Dog's eye issue. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital
February 06 · Daud JamshaidI love this place! Dr.McNeal was amazing, she was so sweet and helpful. I never felt judged or talked down to for not knowing something. All the staff I encountered there were awesome, I just know my kitty Luna felt the love. I had to put my kitty down and I would not have taken him anywhere else to have spent his last moments. Dr.McNeal did not leave his side even after I left and she gave me a hug and showed her sympathy before I left , She is just the sweetest. I got Luna cremated and the Dr. let me know that once his ashes came back I didn’t have to pick him up right away if I wasn’t ready. After I got his ashes the VCA hospital sent me a card expressing their condolences and they even took the time to take Luna’s paw print. I was so sad that I couldn’t get a good one before he passed so this made me break down crying all over again. I’m just so blessed to have found this place before Luna passed, and I hope other people and their fur babies get to have a great experience here too. I’ll probably never have another pet again but if I did I would definitely come back here. Blessings to all the staff at VCA Westcreek hospital 💛
