This means they focus on the services that are most critical for a pet’s long-term well-being, such as parasite prevention, vaccinations, and basic health screenings. Their minor medical care packages are designed to address common issues like skin, ear, or gastrointestinal problems, providing a quick and efficient solution for conditions that may not require a full hospital visit. This specialization allows them to streamline their services and pass the savings on to pet owners. The clinic is also a safe space for all members of the community, as it is noted to be both LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space. This commitment to inclusivity ensures that all pet owners feel welcome and respected, creating an environment that is supportive and compassionate for everyone. The staff’s care and professionalism, as praised in a customer review, are key to this positive atmosphere. They are known for being good with animals and for taking the time to explain everything to pet owners in a way they can easily understand. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My big baby, needed his nails cut. They took good care of him, and advised he needs to return in three weeks. I love them at this location. Bleu is getting better on his visits
April 13 · Sunshine LadyI love the Dr and staff at Dean's Bridge Rd in Augusta. They are so good with my dog and explain everything do we understand. I don't want to take my dog to anyone else!!!! Pricing is good and they have the medication needed. It's a walk in clinic or you can make an appointment. It's the cleanest best smelling vet place. I would give them 10 stars
August 13 · Lisa HansenTook my sweet cat Kiwi to VetIQ that is attached to Walmart on Deans Bridge. I was a little worried taking her there at first just because I had never heard much about it, but it was the most affordable and the girl on the phone (Pretty sure her name was Emily) was so sweet and asked so many detailed questions I had to go.The vet, Jennifer, was so nice and loving to my baby girl. She was also very detailed in what she saw and asked me before she went forward with any shots or tests! The vet tech (Didn’t get her name) was so gentle with Kiwi, talked to her, and loved on her while my baby was getting checked out. Literally the nicest people but above all everyone was so sweet to my baby Kiwi who was so scared! Will definitely go back!
April 13 · Molly BradberryStaff was very nice, proficient, willing to help and even made my big grandson feel safe. I love that the staff was able to stay on the phone with his parents and break down the pricing for the products. That took patiencw and time and I'm glad they did that. I would recommend anyone to go. The Vet didn't rush to give information and walk off like most doctors. I think that's rude when someone wants answers, but the Vet Dr. was on point and caring. They didn't forc anything. Just gave the information and the education. Bout time I go somewhere in GA and the people are nice. No, I gotta set up an appointment for my Bubbles.
March 04 · Marie HuntleyFirst impression is not overly friendly or professional. Receptionist doesn't appear overly fond of animals, which is strange in her profession. Vet appears to be thorough when examining pets, the price is good compared to most veterinary clinics in the area. They never appear to be busy, wait is not awful. I go for the price, no other reason.
