★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love the staff, & love the service. The vets and techs are so good with the pets, and so helpful. Unfortunately I am looking for a new clinic because the service times are so inconsistent. We have not had an appointment in a year, but during that time I have never walked into the Petco on S.Loop and seen the vet open.
July 09 · Crystal DiazAll of the assistants and Dr Byrd were sooo nice and extremely helpful, gives you a whole packet for advice and help for first time owners. Our Mia was in the back for like 5 mins, they work fast and my puppy was extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend the pro package, cheaper in the long run !!!
February 20 · Bdog “Lil bit”Highly recommend. The visits are always so easy and the whole team is awesome. Super friendly to me and to my fur babies. Also I love how the front desk team is always so attentive, nice and explains things thoroughly when I ask regarding pricing and what we are doing for the visit.
June 25 · Natalee AdamsI love the vetco animal hospital. The prices are reasonable and I'm always able to get an appointment with a short notice. The staff are super friendly, and they make you feel like you are family.
July 03 · S MI have been training my dog to be a service animal. Dr. Tatum was amazing at pointing out that he had some anxiety that should resolve with the final legs of his training. Well, we were hit by a landscaping truck. She gave him a good look over and was very kind and gentle letting me know that he is disqualified from being a service animal. She explained that he will need medication and hopefully in time may be able to come off of it. But, the circumstances of the accident and what happened immediately afterwards will always trigger his PTSD. My furbaby was adopted and had been abused at some point. I spent two years helping him through this to the point he was ready to start his Good Citizen K9 training certification. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything since I had a concussion. We have found a vet for life.
