★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This clinic deserves a higher rating-absolutely wonderful! The team is incredibly caring and accommodating. I have an elderly cat with a chronic GI condition who needs weekly B-12 injections, and they’ve made every visit easy and stress-free.I love that they have separate sides for cats and dogs-such a thoughtful touch! They seamlessly took over my cat’s care from our previous vet and handled his extensive medical history with care and attention. As someone currently unemployed, I truly appreciated their kindness in letting me postpone bloodwork while still providing top-notch care. The veterinarian carefully reviewed every detail of my cat’s complex records and took the time to walk me through everything.I’m beyond impressed-compassionate, professional, and clearly committed to quality care. I’m so grateful I found them!
June 10 · Sandra MOh how I love Village at Main Veterinary Hospital and everyone in it!From the very first time we needed a vet after moving to Wilsonville, the team at Village at Main Veterinary Hospital has gone above and beyond for us. They have always been so patient, kind, and soft-spoken with my doggies, making sure we felt heard and cared for every single visit. They took great care of me, too, especially when I just needed a hug and a shoulder to cry on.They took such good care of my sweet Jax while he was alive, and I will always be grateful. He absolutely loved them—and that says a lot, since they were the only people he would let anywhere near him with a swab or a thermometer! Their compassion and gentleness made me feel like he was always in the very best hands. For check ups, procedures, surgeries, and end of life care for my 17 year old pup, they were all incredibly professional, patient, caring, and probably would’ve laughed at my dumb jokes.I don’t know that I could thank them enough for the care, concern, and love they showed Jax and our family! 💕
August 21 · Brittany WearingFirst I would like to say, If you take a job in the service industry, you should be happy about providing a service. The front desk lady should be working at a prison, not a veterinary service industry. Never did I feel welcome with my animal or that they cared for the well being on my family pet. They do provide care but it comes with the second issue.Second, they will try to find a way to charge you for as much as possible. It starts to feel that if you open your mouth about your dog, they will recommend a new charge. I began to not want to tell them anything about my dog in fear that they would charge me services that are not necessary.I have been around animals my entire life and this is not how you run a veterinary clinic or how to be a service provider. When I spoke to people in the community, I got the same responses about this place.
May 07 · Carson MorehouseOne Star: Not a Good Place for AnyoneThis was my wife's first vet visit with our puppy, and it left her feeling overwhelmed, dismissed, and honestly anxious. She had questions and was just trying to do the right thing, but instead of receiving support or kindness, she was pressured into a confusing package deal and treated like a problem for needing reassurance.Even when she shared that she was nervous and dealing with anxiety, the staff showed no empathy. When she returned to reschedule and asked for a few encouraging words, she was coldly told, “Not without an appointment.”She left in tears. This clinic was not just unhelpful—it was traumatizing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially not to new pet owners who need patience and care.
June 05 · Bhanu PandeyNo wonder there are SO MANY TERRIBLE REVIEWS of this place!!! I brought my cat in to be neutered, but they said I'd need to pay for $75 in other services first. So I said, okay he needs his last set of shots anyway...then they told me I'd have to start the entire series over because it was longer than the recommended time frame. However, I am an RN with a BSN degree...just because you didn't get a vaccine within the time frame, does NOT mean you start over with the series. You still have antibodies and simply need an immune booster. This is also what it says online when I double checked. Additionally, I recently took my cat to a different vet clinic for anxiety medication because we moved and he was having a hardtime adjusting; this other clinic, after viewing my paperwork, also said he would just need the final booster.Village at Main Vet Hospital tries to nickel and dime and recommend things your pet and your pocket doesn't need. Insanity! I literally just had to walk out on them and tell them I'd go to the other clinic who would actually treat us, as customers, fairly.
