In Manchester, NH, The Puppy Palace stands as a dedicated establishment focused on connecting loving individuals with their perfect canine companions. This article will provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview of The Puppy Palace, detailing its unique approach to puppy placement, its commitment to responsible sourcing, and why it has become a go-to destination for New Hampshire residents seeking a new puppy.
The Puppy Palace is not a traditional "pet store" in the sense of selling a wide array of pet supplies or exotic animals. Instead, it specializes exclusively in puppies, operating as a dedicated center for bringing new canine family members into homes. Their core mission, as they state, is to "help connect loving individuals with Healthy, Responsibly Bred four-legged friends." This focus on responsible breeding is a significant differentiator. They prioritize sourcing puppies from United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) licensed breeders who are also regulated by state and federal authorities. Furthermore, their breeders are often registered or certified by reputable organizations such as AKC, APRI, ACA, UABR, or Canine Care Certified through Purdue University. This rigorous selection process aims to ensure that the puppies come from environments that prioritize the health, well-being, and proper socialization of the animals.
Their facility itself is designed with the puppies' comfort and health in mind. They boast high-end puppy enclosure units with dedicated heating, air conditioning, and advanced air filtration systems, creating a clean and safe environment. Weekly veterinary checks for all puppies further underscore their commitment to health. For New Hampshire families, this means a potentially more transparent and reassuring process when it comes to welcoming a new puppy into their lives.

The Puppy Palace Reviews
We bought our sweet girl, Willow (formerly Nami) a week ago here. James was very informative, personable and helpful during the process. It was comforting to know they had guarantees in place for the pups, although we haven’t needed it. Willow had her first vet appointment already and was confirmed as healthy as far as they can tell at this time. She’s healthy, playful & mischievous!I was almost hesitant on going here after reading some reviews but am so glad I decided to go through with it. Buying a pet here is a safe, easy and great process.James if you are reading this she is a happy girl who loves her yard and new family, thank you for your help!

Jun 27, 2025 · Franscheska ElizaWe were very disappointed to visit the store and be turned away because a puppy was in a “resting” period. We are a family looking for a puppy, considering one in Pennsylvania but decided to check closer and saw an exact puppy we would have liked and were excited for us and our son to see the personality. We saw that there was “resting” written on the glass, so I asked my husband to check and see when the puppy might be available to visit, as we were happy to wait a little while. The staff had no idea, nor cared to ask, if we were ready to buy the puppy today. They acted bothered by my husband even inquiring and just gave him a cold response of the puppy is “resting” we can’t see it. Not even just in a little while… they said not today at all. However the dog was awake and alert looking at us and playing with my son through the glass. So the definition of “resting” must just mean isolation. I am absolutely not against a puppy needing rest and sleeping when they appear tired. But this wasn’t the case at all. Would we not be able to purchase a resting puppy? It just doesn’t make sense. Maybe a better procedure is to determine the level of interest or seriousness before denying the ability to see the puppy. Instead the store was busy with groups of teenagers playing with other puppies… clearly not buyers… and yet they were given opportunities to visit with puppies even though one of the puppies that was out had “resting” written on their glass too. So we left disappointed not seeing the puppy and frustrated by the lack of customer service.Additionally, we have tried to come by other times recently and found it randomly closed during normal business hours. There was another time it was an hour before close and my husband was denied because it was too close to closing. So the cumulative frustration really soured us to ever wanting to go back and they will likely never get our business unfortunately. We tried.
