Art Museum Veterinary Center Reviews
I started taking my cat here recently and they've been lovely. He was a street cat and they were very thorough in their initial work-up along with giving me advice as a new cat owner on what he needs. Picture of the lil guy for cuteness.
Dec 10, 2024 · Carolyn SteinbergAbsolutely everyone has been super attentive and caring from the front door and every interaction after. My dog recently had an emergency event and they were so compassionate with her and us as we navigated the uncertainty and stress of the situation. Following the event and her surgery at another emergency vet they've communicated with her specialists, had very thorough conversations with me to ensure they haven't missed anything and that I understand all thats going on and checked up on her regularly. So appreciated.
Mar 06, 2025 · Bailey ChickI cannot recommend this vet office enough! Their office is clean and very efficient which is helpful in getting my pets in and out with minimal stress. Their hours also are so helpful in allowing us to schedule appointments that don't interfere with our work schedules. The office is easily accessible, and I love how quickly we can get medications from the pharmacy if needed. The staff is always thoughtful and responsive. There are always small personal touches that make me feel like they really care for our animals. My cat is typically pretty healthy, but can be quite difficult to handle. Dr. Hommel and the vet techs always do a great job handling her and managing her stress despite her obvious dislike for the vet. Dr. Hommel and the vet techs are always thorough and take their time to answer any of my questions. My senior dog had quite the history before we adopted him, and therefore he has had some issues that we've been getting addressed with Dr. Coleman. We fostered him for about 9 months before his adoption and we had been struggling to manage his allergies and had some other concerns. Right off the bat, Dr. Coleman listened to all of our concerns and identified issues that should be dealt with right away. She created a plan to deal with everything. We learned so much from her and began treating our dog's allergies right away. He improved almost immediately and Dr. Coleman was there to support us as we dealt with everything. He's since been able to get some of our other concerns taken care of. Dr. Coleman always takes the time to educate us on the issues our dog has, how she's treating the issues, and why she's implementing each treatment. Our dog has really improved tremendously thanks to Dr. Coleman.Overall, this office does an excellent job at making us and our pets feel valued. We always leave with peace of mind that our animals have received the best care possible. Each treatment and the associated cost seems reasonable and nothing is ever pushed on us. We always get an estimate before any treatment happens, so there are never any surprises. We have never felt rushed or dismissed by any of the staff. It's evident they really, really care about their animals. From reception to vet techs to vets this office is PHENOMENAL! I would highly recommend anyone with a pet to take their pets here for quality care!
Apr 08, 2024 · Adrianna RivardFantastic practice. The doctors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Excellent, professional staff. My anxious dog loves them all. Highly recommend.
Jun 20, 2025 · Laura RossiReally appreciated my recent experience taking our dog Luna in for a torn nail which she wouldn’t let us touch. They handled it within moments of calling them at a reasonable cost. Great care, peace of mind and service. Thank you!
