★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my dog in for a spay and now she’s dead. She was 2 and healthy and they took her from me.Edit:They gave us our dog back while she was bleeding internally after her surgery. She died from it. Do NOT trust them if you love your pets.Edit: I remember you thinking it’s an appropriate time to lecture us on the importance of spaying your dogs while her dead body was in the backseat of my car in your parking lot. I trusted you. I trusted the staff there and you heartless people killed my baby. She didn’t even live 24 hours after her spay. You gave us no emergency numbers to contact. You left us to flounder at 3am. My poor baby died in my arms during the car ride to the emergency vet. I will never let any of you hacks touch any of my pets ever again. You couldn’t even do a routine spay on a healthy dog who knows what you would do to a sickly one.I hope her death weighs heavily on you but I suppose nothing can weigh heavy on a heart that doesn’t exist.

Did a full exam answered all my questions and spent an hour with my lab and I being sure he was good. Dr Wolf, respectfully the Vet Tech and my goodness the sweet kind lady at the front desk were amazing . Im actually having my other dogs records transferred over. Good bye vet of 30years that didn't care. Hello Cedar Way thank you for your time , caring hands and phenomenal treatment . Sherri Pedersen , New Lenox, Il.
