Cleveland Park Animal Hospital Reviews
Thankful for the kind staff, technicians and vets! Received a “welcome appointment” mailer and decided to give the Cleveland Park office a visit. With 2 dogs, I was anxious about coming alone but the staff was very accommodating and helpful from check in until we left. Particularly appreciated the “checkout assistant” coming to me in the room so my hands were free rather than trying to “wrangle” two dogs in the waiting area! The window in our room during our wait for the technician was a nice distraction for my two dogs!
May 05, 2025 · Stephanie MullenThe first time I came here was amazing. Prices were perfect! Brought in a litter of 8 kittens and was chargers $230. Brought in a new litter of 4 kittens and mom. Got updated vaccines on mom, got all kittens exams and first booster/dewormer. Was charged almost $600!! I am a reoccurring client so you would THINK they would notify me that they were changing their prices!! Paid double the price for half the cats!! They also want almost $400 for a dental cleaning! This is ridiculous and the prices and insanely high. It’s so disappointing because I was so happy to have found a vet with good staff and fair prices! Just like the rest of them so unless your made of gold don’t bother!
Mar 28, 2025 · Anna GoetzI appreciate the care and attention that Bailey received from beginning to end. I was well informed about the process prior to our appointment and post our discharge. I also appreciated the follow up call to check in with Bailey. We have been with Cleveland Park for 25+ years and we will continue to have them care for our pets.
Jan 27, 2025 · Meagan HammondDolly, my long-haired Chihuahua was spayed last Thursday and RECEIVED EXCEPTION CARE! They stayed in constant contact with me, letting me know when she was going into surgery; when she came out; when she could be picked up; and then met with me and talked with me. They also called to check on her. I read one of the other reviews and just have to say that I have been going to Cleveland Park Animal Hospital my entire life and have received nothing but excellent care! Mom started taking our pets there when I was a child. They have since taken care of nearly every breed of animal from dogs & cats to squirrels and chipmunks; to dehorning miniature goats; to horses; to a chinchilla; to neutering a prairie dog,; to a baby deer that had been hit by a car; to birds; iguanas and even sugar gliders!! To the “Karen” who offered nothing but criticism— no vet will bathe your dog for free!! Just saying!!!! 😳😂🐱🐈🐈⬛🐶🐰🐿️🐎🐐🐢🦌🦎🦇
Apr 27, 2025 · Vickie HawkinsSet aside an afternoon off work to make it to this appointment for my dogs vaccines only to get a very kind apology that they can’t see my dog because the receptionist incorrectly scheduled me. Since we used to go to the location in Simpsonville there was a breakdown in communication and the receptionist wasn’t knowledgeable on the regulations on the office. So then I was trying to be sold on a doctor visit while I’m there so I could see about getting his vaccines on another day… poor service. Wasted my afternoon. Although it was a kind apology, apologies don’t get my dog taken care of or make up for wasted time. Will drive the extra distance to Simpsonville to avoid any “ooopsies sorry we wasted your time” mishaps in the future. I probably wouldn’t be writing this review if they offered me some discounted heart worm meds or something. Some kind of effort to make things right and compensate for a mistake on their end would have made things square in my book. Nope I got a kind apology. No hard feelings. Just going to recommend not to use this office to my friends at the dog bar.
