I fell in love with this vet and her staff! My dog sitter recommended her to me (she has 4 dogs and Dr. Fran saved 2 of her dog's lives). Dr. Fran had seen one of my dogs before when my dog sitter rushed him there while I was on a work trip and she told me she had taken all her dogs there and loved her. She drives a couple of hours to take her 4 dogs there.I went in yesterday with one of my dogs for the first time. I was shocked that they could get me in the same day. From the moment I called to make the appointment, I was impressed. Quinton was kind and didn't rush me on the phone and was very attentive. When we arrived we were greeted and immediately taken to a room. The sweet vet tech came in and first gave my frenchie, Luka attention and then took notes on his issues.Dr. Fran was wrapping up a surgery and was running a little behind. I didn't mind at all because they were able to fit us in same day and were kind. While we waited in our private room, 2 people came in apologizing for the wait...it hadn't been that long. Dr Fran came in and apologized too. It wasn't a very long wait and I loved how kind and attentive everyone was.I had my dog, Luka sitting on the comfy leather bench in the room next to me and Dr. Fran got down on the floor to be eye level with Luka. She took time to pet and talk to him. He'd had anxiety from the car ride in and he loved her. He started licking her face and nose and Dr. Fran wasn't bothered by his kisses. She truly loves dogs.Being an eye issue, I expected to pay several hundred dollars; as so many other vets have overcharged in the past, but not Dr. Fran. I had her check out a small growth while there, too. She eased my concerns for his eyes and growth. She did the eye dye test right there on the bench and let me see where his eye glowed, showing his injury. She prescribed medicated eye drops and said I could come back in a week for a followup and additional dye test at no charge. I left paying around $130 and with a treat for my dog.I'll be bringing all of my dogs here from now on. Being a foster for rescues and with having 5 dogs, I've been to many vets over the years and by far this has been the best experience I've ever had at a vet-from start to finish. I wish I'd known about her sooner. After the appointment, I called my dog sitter, Dyan, to thank her for the referral. I bragged to 2 family members about Dr. Fran and have already recommended her to someone on Nextdoor app that was searching for a vet. I'd even received a text from her front desk vet tech, because I'd asked where they purchased something that I liked in their office. She asked the vet and texted me where she bought it. She did ask permission to text me when I was there. Thought that was pretty cool. They gained a loyal customer and I would follow Dr. Fran if she ever went elsewhere. I'm excited for my 4 frenchies and 1 english bulldog to see her in the future. She's awesome and so are her staff! We are lucky to have met Dr. Fran and her staff! - Krista Kelley
