★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- While I appreciate this vets reasonable prices after two visits with my “high anxiety rescue dog” I’m not exactly blown away by their customer service. When I requested medication to manage my dog’s anxiety to take home with me after my first visit they said no. Then my second visit was just as unpleasant I was scolded and lectured for not calling and asking for medication before my second visit. To be clear, I only take my dog to the vet when necessary because it’s so difficult for him. I think they should be more understanding when serving a rescue and have more compassion. - We love Dog and Cat so much! Not only are they affordable, but they really do care about our fur babies. They have a clean facility and our Dixie girl was greeted with a welcome sign! We have been here several times and they still make each visit special. Aaron was so sweet to our Dixie girl for their shots while Colby gave her treats! Can’t recommend them enough, thank you for answering my hundreds of questions! All of you are wonderful!!!! February 03 · Knitting Queen
- 5/9/25https://youtu.be/AQs_9whV6lc?si=msLf0ZZB_NbWF9JsWe lost our dear Baldwin Friday. It's always so difficult to lose partner. We were partners in agility...mokan dockdogs...nose work...He was indeed a partner. He was one of cesar Millan's perfect puppies. I worked with the foundation for 6 years. He was indeed tge best boy for 16 years. The passing was calm serene precious. Thank you all so much for the past 10 years. Omgoodness...he loved you all so much. He passed being surrounded by friends and family. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect passing.9/9/23We have 5 pets that are regularly seen at the clinic by Dr. Scott. We adore her compassion. And professionalism. So knowledgeable and we trust her completely. All staff is very professional 👏9/24/22 the dog and cat clinic is such a blessing. I have 4 senior pets that are my world. I know they are there in case of emergency, and will help. I especially love the care Dr. Scott gives my bunnies. It's difficult to find a vet with the specialty for exotics. Baldwin my 13 yo rescue was part of a huge mill/breeder raid in Branson. My rescue was part of that raid, and the smell of parvo brought me to my knees. We saved 33 puppies and 4 adults that day. He is my one in a million dog. ♥️Love the dog and cat clinic... they have great doctors and a knowledgeable caring staff. And they have a bunny specialist vet also!!!! They gave my old girl Gretchen (one of our dogs) the red carpet treatment..(13 years young) ..she is doing so much better on her prescription arthritis meds.. makes me happy to see her dance for her dinner again. Ty3/7/22We trust the clinic with our fur children. Baldwin was up today for extreme coughing. X-rays done and meds for us to try. He's almost 13, and heart failure typical. However, after our conversation today we have a baseline xray of the heart and will recheck in 3 months. June 08 · Mary Murray
- I am so happy we found this clinic. My dog is in good hands which gives me great comfort. Thank you to the entire staff. May 25 · Marge Barker
- Dr. Miller of Dog & Cat Clinic has provided medical care for the dogs I've been fortunate to call my family for the past 20 years or so. I trust, respect and like him, for many good reasons. I find him to be an experienced, caring and educated professional, who is thorough and compassionate when necessary. He always answers any questions I pose with knowledge and experience. I feel that Dr. Miller also really enjoys his work, and of course, I believe this makes him the best vet around. He's not pretending. He really does care about the creatures I've trusted him with and wants them to be healthy, happy and in top physical condition. He's also charming and personable, and that never hurts! The past 2 years, I've come to trust and respect R.N. Aaron (hope I spelled his name right) as well. Attentive, great with Dash the Dog, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, Nurse Aaron also seems to really like the work and care about the patients. He's also very pleasant to be around and yes, sweet with Dash. Again, that sure doesn't hurt. I believe that makes a big difference, especially when it comes to dealing with creatures that I consider family. I have never considered any dog to be a "pet" that I "own", nor. do I regard Dash as my child, (if he could talk, he'd call me "Becky") but I absolutely regard him as my family member. Dr. Miller and R.N. Aaron seem to understand that relationship and respect it. Last, but certainly not least, the staff - all of them - who answer the phones, man the front desk, handle the public, patients and their “persons” - that I have dealt with have all been courteous, professional and very much wanting and willing to help. They all seem to enjoy the work, are always so kind and delightful to Dash (and before him, Pep and Henry). Again, this makes a difference. All of these things combined make the Dog & Cat Clinic the very best at caring for my beloved Dash and Pep and Henry before him. I wouldn't trust anyone else with his care. Dr. Miller, R.N. Aaron, and the staff at Dog & Cat Clinic are truly the very best providers in all aspects of veterinarian care. Thank you for reading this. April 26 · becky massoth
