Thank you Dr. Peter DeLuca for helping Petra! Madison Park staff have gone above and beyond assuring I feel confident as a first-time cat owner with a disabled, senior kitty. The customer service and quality of care for her complex health challenges are greatly appreciated. 💗
Mar 27, 2025 · Jessie DirksDr. Rose, Dr. Krista Wu, and Dr. Peter Deluca are all very knowledgeable and compassionate towards my pets. I have a chihuahua with behavioral problems and they have been so kind with him! All the assistants are welcoming and accommodating.
Jan 30, 2025 · Brielle RoseDr. Deluca was amazing. I can't imagine taking my cat to anyone else. Handled my cat's unique situation with expertise and care--exemplary bedside manner combined with extensive knowledge. Also, made himself readily available for all my questions and concerns. Such a good experience ❤️
Mar 28, 2025 · Danny PraseuthWe love Madison Park Vet! We trust Dr Natalie and Dr Lynn to give us the most thoughtful advise for our 2 huskies. When our late husky passed, Dr Lynn and team went above and beyond and made us feel as much comfort as possible in that situation. When our puppy had giardia, they made sure to be comprehensive and non invasive.Dr Lynn and Dr Natalie also check and follow up on us with calls. Which made us feel so cared for. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much.
Dec 13, 2023 · Alice TianBrought my two senior kitties here for a little over a year. Good, but not perfect experience. They're a lot disorganized but largely very caring and responsive. I'm an established patient, they know me and my partner (and my cat!).Unfortunately, asking for an update on labwork yesterday culminated in an absolutely bizarre phone conversation with one of the receptionists that ended with "Look, we have lots of other patients. We can transfer your records to another vet if you're unhappy." And then hung up. That is, without a doubt, an insane thing to be ok saying to a client. I just wanted to know whether I needed to postpone my upcoming appt to wait for the labs!I no longer feel like there will be a good standard of care so I'm taking them up on the "find a new vet" threat. My 17 year-old cat gets to re-establish care elsewhere. This absolute catastrophe could've been avoided with the sentences: "Sorry about that, you should've heard back today but we are now expecting it early tomorrow. I wouldn't reschedule your appointment."Instead I got "I don't know what's happening with your pet. Do you want to reschedule the appointment or not?"Maybe things will work out for you here, for me they did for a while, but also maybe they'll rudely show you the door when you ask for an update on your pet. I won't risk that level of volatility in my pet's health care. I don't think you should either.Edit to response:Before they posted the response I had already reached out! Here's the verbatim response I received from the hospital manager via email: "Your concerns have been noted, and we will take the opportunity to review the situation internally as appropriate." I literally hadn't shared any concerns yet, just left my email and number. There was no follow-up beyond that sentence. So yeah, its just a lame copy-paste response to make the reviews look better. They're not actually listening to anyone.
